RE: Re Memorial for Eunice Bangs
I suspect the other Bangs are related, but the information I have is thin.
I believe E'r Bangs is Bethiah Bangs an elder in the church
I have a lot of information on Eunice's sister (Nancy, Find A Grave Memorial# 136115437).

I will be a doing some more digging into that tree line over the Fall for the other Bangs
I don't mind managing the memorials, probably easier with Eunice; but I pretty flexible as well.
Mostly I like to pass the information out to others who researching their lines

RE: James John HerkisFind A Grave Memorial# 31250946
the name is probably on the back of the headstone. Back in those days I only photographed the front , but transcribed all names on the stone.

re: dates
Those abt dates are most often put in by the original transcribers when they know how old a person was at death, but they can be drastically wrong and it is all in how the age is written.. if written month, day and year, you can be pretty sure they were born very close to that date but if written as "in his 56th yr" or "in the 56th yr of his age" - was he truly 56 or hadn't passed that date as yet... some new people to chasing want that date in there and I don't like putting in an "abt" birth - open the page and see if there is more info to go on... guessing can throw you way off and tie you with someone entirely unrelated, esp when working with a VERY common name... oh the headaches that has caused... been there done that!!

Link Correction
Hello Jen,

I just noticed an error and wanted to send you the correction.

Mary Jane Sexton (#43970262) is the daughter of Jennett Jillson Sexton (#43970834) (first wife of Jabez Emerson Sexton) and not Phebe Sexton (#43970568) (his second wife).

Happy 2015. :)

RE: Re Barnett stone photos
Jen, You're very welcome. I'm glad I was able to succeed where others did not! You may use my photos as you wish.

If you would like to create pages for the other Barnett family members shown on that gravestone, I can post the pictures. Don't create photo requests, as someone else may claim them. Just let me know when they are created and I'll do the rest. Or you can post the pictures yourself, if you like. Bob

Jillson in Hope Cemetery
Jen, Recently I photographed a couple of Jillson gravestones to post on Find A Grave. When I went to create the memorial pages, I saw you had already created one for Paulina Jillson. I have posted the picture of her stone, although it's very difficult to read. Since you have not created a page for her husband, Orison Jillson, I did that today. I posted a picture of his stone also and linked them together.

Since you are primarily interested in Jillson, I' will transfer Orison's page to you to maintain. Just wanted to let you know. Bob

Hi Jen, I added Joseph's grave photo for you. I had actually taken it when I took Clara's because I thought it had been requested! :)

I'll try to ascertain from the cemetery if others are buried in this plot/lot. There are no names on the other side of the stone --it is rough granite.

Hi Jen,
No problem, I know from my own research about same named people causing confusion :)
FYI, I listed a bunch of Jillson's at the North Burial Ground in Providence, if you ever have any info to pass along, send it my way!

RE: Marguerite M Boudreau
