Added for son John.
The back story on this is the lights were out and I had a VERY difficult time getting a photo at all....the marble color, the gold lettering and NO lights...lol the joys and fun of being a Find A Grave photographer. PLEASE let me know if there are any other photos you'd like from Wilhelms Portland Memorial Mausoleum
My best to you,

I added the photo of Cecile wife to her find a grave site. When I do one I like to add the spouse.

Hello! I am about to fulfill your photo request but unfortunately, it is a copy of the area, only. There is no marker.
I am always disappointed when I find that a grave is unmarked. I am sorry this was not a more positive outcome.

You are very welcome. I am glad that you are happy with the photos. I wasn't able to find William. The books say that both William and Lillian was cremated and is on the same lot as his father but I did not see it. I will check again just in case I missed it.

PLEASE: A burial location is needed to fill your photo request. The Sparkman Hillcrest (SH) office will not readily provide locations to volunteers. Please call them at 214-363-5401 and they will be glad to help you. The SH office is open on Saturday and Sunday. Let me know the location and I will be honored to fulfill your request, typically within a day or two. If you created the memorial and prefer to edit the memorial to show the plot location, that would be fine as I check the SH photo requests regularly as do other volunteers. Thanks for your assistance.

I visited the Pelton lot today and there is no monument for Lon. My records indicate his name as M. Lon Pelton. There is a veteran monument for George W. Pelton who owns the lot and there is a small barely readable monument for 2 children buried there, F.G. Pelton and R.C. Pelton. There's also an unnamed Krebs buried there.

I'm the superintendent for Hillcrest cemetery and I visited the M.L. McQuown lot and Martin is not buried there, and I also have no record of his interment here so maybe he was interred somewhere in Seattle.

|Nancy Kuftic||Alexander Walker Find A Grave Memorial# 43891226|
Thank you for the information provided for David Walker and family at the Cross Creek Cemetery. Walkers are in my ancestry. However, at David's son Alexander's site there is a grave stone photo entered by Joyce. Stone has died September 1871, I don't see a name. Date on stone doesn't appear to go with any information you provided. Maybe you can shred some light on this. Thank you.

Sorry - Isabelle is buried in Washington. I don't know why I said Burlington.

According to her daughter Emma's marriage record to Huber McNaughton, her father's name was William Moore. I haven't figured out yet just who Mr. Richardson was. I can't help but think that one of the husbands is buried there in Burlington, as I see no reason why Isabelle would have been sent there for burial other than that. Since she is buried under the name of Moore, I'm thinking that it might be William, but I don't see his name in the WPA listings as having a stone. I'll keep working on this and let you know if I find anything else.
According to Emma McNaughton's obituary, she was survived by a brother, J.P. Moore of Holton, Kansas. I find James P. and J.P. Moore in Holton, Kansas through the 1930 Census records. Hopefully, we can find his burial place too.
