Hi,
I believe they way you explained it is correct. I dont mean to sound stupid but what do you mean removed? THe only way Ive heard that used is when people divorced out of a family but in this case, Eunice's mom is a Jones and my direct line is Jones thru my dads side.

Yes, I am related to Eunice, she is (from my calculations) my 3rd cousin. Her mom (Shada Ann Jones) and my g-grandfather Andrew Jones are brother and sister. I descend from Andrew, William J, and my father Charles M Jones.

found the location of the Irish saloon that they used to run.It is still in existence today. : )
It is The Gaelic League and Irish American Club of Michigan.You probably drive by it!!
Gee I wonder how that happened!!!
James Tierney started the saloon,then gives it to his son Michael,then Michael dies,in 1892, and James starts running it again until his death.

Honoring the memory of all of our loved ones that have passed by continuing their work/research is most important. Shows that we were listening to them when they all told us the stories of their lives.
Ellen/Vic shared numerous stories with both sides of our families, now it is up to us to continue on with their work.
Of coarse we have the inernet now : )
Tierneys' were one of Ellens' greatest interests.
