Two people have sent requests to DignityMemorial and TWO permissions have been granted for me to obtain the photo!
I encourage you to send an email to those addresses I listed and give them as thorough of a bloodline to them as you can.
This is working!!
I look forward to serving you!

|Bob Wilson||Sarah Brattain photo request|
I noticed a "problem" with your photo request for Sarah -- the gravestone could not be found -- so I did a bit of investigating. According to two different listings, she is buried in an unmarked grave in a small family cemetery with her parents and first husband.
Have a great Fourth!

|rachel||finding this page|
Hi, I just randomly came across this page the other day while searching up the name of the cemetery that my grandpa (Ernest Allison) was burried at and instead I ended up finding out more information about my extended family than I ever really knew. It was really nice and quite enjoyable to read through everything.

Have you had a chance to review the pob that you posted on this virtual flower? If you agree with what I already have on the memorial, could I suggest that you delete your flower that contains extraneous/conflicting data? If you a source for your information, I'd be happy to include it under his bio instead of the flower. Thanks, Richard

I became interested in this family after finding his son's book "Poems that Bless and Inspire" at a garage sale here in Ft. Wayne. When I upload a page from the book to son Elmore's memorial, I will let you know. Elmore's recollections gloss over a few things. : )
Thank you again,

Many thanks for doing this for me. As to the transfers, I'll have to leave this up to you as most of these Hartley's were distant cousins of mine. I do appreciate the thought.

Hi. My husband and I aquired photos of your family and Im sure friends of your family over 7 months ago.
The woman who owned the apartment complex across the street died and well, her son took what he wanted and left so much behind.
Long story short, I dont have family and I didnt have the heart to just walk away and let Arlene Armstrongs memories all die. We have kept a box of pictures and a few other items hoping to find her family. Please contact me 6195077645

Your virtual flower post states that "Eli was born 3 Oct 1846 in Woodland, Iroquois, Illinois." Do you have a source for that, because The Twentieth Century Biographical Dictionary of Notable Americans: Volume VII, M.
McCloskey, John, states "McCLISH, Eli, educator, was born in Rainsville, Ind., Oct. 3, 1846".

Have been added as honorary to many families, not this one. I am a died in the wool cemetery walker at heart and for as many years as I can remember. Now that I am having trouble getting around I do mostly research. After findagrave added the connect to button I have tried to connect everyone on my lists and any others I can get information to. So many people have helped me in that it is unbelievable. I generally spend 8-15 hours a day, 7 days a week, doing just this. (burned up 2 laptops) I am hoping I have helped some people with the family trees they are working on. Good luck with yours. Barbara

Thanks ... I missed the earlier memorial because they spelled the last name incorrectly. I'll work to merge my information into the original and then delete mine. Thanks for finding this.

The Cecil Hart in my family tree is from Idaho. I am not related to him directly just through marriage. His wife Susanne Bonita Struble is my 1st cousin 2x removed. Sorry but I don't believe this is your Cecil Hart.
Best wishes in your research.

Listed in 1920 census with parents Owen + Effie + siblings. He is 7.
But the last name is spelled wrong as Wowel.
Listed in 1930 census with parents Owen + Effie + siblings. Name is spelled Noel. He is 17 and the F has been added to his name.
Listed in 1940 census with parents Owen + Effie + sibling. Name is spelled Noel.He is 27.
Effie is listed in 1900 Census living in her grandfather Hamp Ward 's home with her mother Sallie McClay and Hamp's son Clarence. She's 7.
this is a marriage record: Again Spelling problem
Missouri Marriage Records, 1805-2002
about Mr. Ann Nael Name:Mr.Ann Nael[Owen Noel]
Marriage Date: 9 Aug 1908
Marriage Location: Rocheport, Boone, Missouri
Marriage County: Boone
Spouse Name: Miss Effie Mcclish
Can you confirm if Effie McClay and Effie McLish
are the same person. or her mother was married twice?
Owen's father, William Franklin Noel married my husbands Grandmother Sarah Leotha Ward Young after the death of his wife Luvica Quick, and her husband Albert Young.
His Grandmother was originally a Ward.
I am desperately searching information on a Ruby Noel born in or about 1909 and died at 1-2 years old. Several people have attributed the child to Wm. F. + Sarah Young. But she was still married to Albert and he to Luvica, so it would likely be one of Wm. F.'s childrens child.
Can you share any info on Ruby??
