RE: Peter (52181956) an)d Clara (52181026
Sorry, it has been too long to remember placement of graves. Think about the birthdates, tho, P.J. would only be 12 when Peter was born. Perhaps he was a nephew.

Peter Joseph married a Margaret Behr and they had a child Erma Barbara, who married John Patrick McLaughlin.
Now in Ancestry, there are a Peter and Clara living in Cerro Gordo Co., also. Both Peters were born in Wisconsin but P.J. was born 1870, Peter was born 1882. Peter and Clara had at least a daughter Bernice.
I believe there are 2 Peter Scholls. I also looked at P.J.'s obit and it does not mention a Clara.

Have a good day!

RE: William Henry Haggard 42020789
I misread. You need Mary Gentry Haggard, not Eliza Haggard.
The only MGH I see was married to a William Haggard Jr.
who was buried at Wilcox Cemetery, Jones County, IA.

RE: William Henry Haggard 42020789
Hello;
This cemetery is small and poorly maintained.
No one knows positively that she is buried at Peosta but
as she was a resident there at the time of her death and because she predeceased her husband it is reasonable to expect she is there. She died in 1846 and there probably wasn't anyone nearby to supply headstones as Peosta was (and still is a) very small community. The cemetery was located on the southeast corner of what was Haggard property for many years thereafter. Hope this helps.

That happened because the first one did not have a DOB and when I did a search, it didn't come up. Dupe deleted.

It's in the family that they could only id her by her hair, what color was it? and the reason she stay in the house was not that she refused to leave but another reason, what would have that been? This story has been pass down obviously dad was trying to not tell you the bad parts.

FAQ
Personal information:
The biography should be about the person for which the memorial is made with preference to an original biography. If a cause of death is added, it should be short and to the point, such as "Murder victim", "Suicide", etc. The bio should not look like a case file.
Graphic bios are not acceptable.

Mary Ann Angel
To clarify myself the story you have with Mary Ann Angel on her page I found three different newspaper stories stating that she was found and not drowned as assumed. so just to keep researchers from getting confused I won't link with you right now. There is also a story in our family that we have Indian ancestors in her veins but I've found no evidence of that in our lines yet.

Mary Ann Cole
hi at this time I'm going to leave it as it is and not linked with anybody. I am the second great-grandchild of Mary and John and have researched the family for over 10 years and deal with facts mostly yes I know about Mary's forming in the flood story it's been passed down through generations but just recently found three different articles stating that she did not drown she was found so I need to researched that before I linked in with you. I didn't realize that this would be such an issue most researchers check out everything before they even consider doing anything with the information. Also researchers run into duplicates all the time on ancestry.com and other sites. I am sorry if you are upset about my posting information about my ancestors at Oak Hill cemetery, if you have a problem with this please contact Find A Grave and have them notify me to take down.

Mary Ann (Angel) Cole
Read the message you sent me. I understand. The reason I did not link with you before is there is no way for me to link beyond Mary Ann to her parents when she is someone elses entry. I also am coming from Micheal Henry Cole, who was a son of John and Mary (Angel) Cole. and his descendents. I am trying to stay within a branch of family. If you want you can link to the parents and we can stay some what separate. My family is viewing this at this time, due to Micheal Henry's daughter pass away the last week. I am not trying to not have any conflict with other branches of the family. I fix the death date on John Cole.
Thanks
Deb
