Hi There, I would suggest calling the cemetery office for a burial location to add to your online memorial. This is why there are so many unfulfilled requests, because volunteers don't know where to find them and the office at Calvary is not helpful in giving out the information to us either. Thank you! -Carolyn

I found it. I do not have that memorial. It is controlled by findagrave. You need to send an e-mail to edit@findagrave.com and ask them to transfer it to your care. Be sure to give them the memorial number, your member number and tell them your relationship. In the meantime I will add the photos I took to your duplicate. However, at some point they will delete your duplicate when they run a duplicate search. I hope this helps you. James

I would be honored to transfer the memorial to you. Would you be so kind as to give me the memorial number so I can get the correct one to you? James

Why did you create a duplicate memorial for him and request photos for him from both? James

Carolyn Lloyd
Arthur Guerrero memorial
I will transfer this to you. For future knowledge you can link the wife to him if she all ready has a findagrave # without having a transfer. But you would need to request the parents be linked by using the edit (in case the person does not transfer to you).
I does help if you include your f.a.g. # so it makes it quicker for us to do this.

RE: Cleotilde M Beltran
Please in the future, do not use the message board but instead use the "Edit" button on the top right of the memorial page in question & make your request for a transfer under "Suggest a correction ....". That gives me all the #'s I need to make the transfer & no retyping of numbers or going back & forth looking for your membership #, which you did not include in your message.

Thanks, Diane

My paternal grandmother was Guadalupe Beltran (B: El Paso). Her father was Victor Beltran. She married Jesus Jose Zubia (B: Cd Guerrero) and had 13 kids.

RE: Leonardo Beltran
Victor was born in Encarnacion de Diaz, Jalisco (LDS #1155477. Leonardo, the youngest, was born in Aguascalientes (LDS #299891). Their parents were Valentino Beltran and Juliana Gomez. P-grandparents were Juan Beltran and Prudencia Carmona. M-grandparents were Claudio Gomez and Aniceta Martinez. I don't have any marital data for Leonardo. In 1920, he and his mother were residing with his sister Juana and brother-in-law Severo Medrano on Olguin Chavez Road in El Paso. Leonardo immigrated in 1909 and in 1917 he registered for the WWI draft.

Leonardo was my great uncle. His brother, Victor, was my great grandfather. I too research my Beltran lines. I guess were primos.

Good Evening

My Name is Gregory Williams and I am my family historian. Jennie Williams #323252290 was my great grandmother and her son Booker T. Williams #32325298 was my great uncle. I am attempting to connect family members on the Find a grave website and I was hoping that you would transfer management of the two of them to me.

Thank you
Gregory Williams

No problem, Elsa. I was searching for all of your requests, and found nothing. When I stopped looking, I found her. No luck so far on the others, but will keep trying.

You may want to enter Ethel's full birth and death dates. She was born December 14, 1893 in Texas and died January 22, 1970 in California. To verify this you can check the 1900 census where her father is indexed as Fred Staggs. Though it is hard to read, you can see that she was born in December 1893.

Thanks for adding this information.

Thank you so much for volunteering to take this picture. This is the info I got. If you go between 8am-4:30pm they will give you a map. If its another time of day, through the main entrance toward the office building turn right, you will head directly to Section C there will be a sign.

The grave is 85, Tier Row 6 Section C

Thank you
Rena

RE: Canutillo Cemetery
Hi Elsa - All photos are up. I usually enter all the names first when I am working with marker photos and then the photos within a month or two.

From my last trip out there, all photos have been uploaded. But there are other markers I have not photographed yet, so there is a chance I or another volunteer may come across the other requests. Lo siento -- Laurel

RE: Hello
Hi Elsa - I did go out to Canutillo on Christmas Eve. So I have added 124 more names to the cemetery. I am still loading the photos when I get time.

For Evergreen, I only have a few more sections left. So if he is there, he will eventually show up. Keep checking periodically. For men, you may also need to check by mother's maiden name. I have found a lot of men, who on the marker, show their mother's maiden name as the last name. Sometimes I catch it and corect it on the record, sometimes I do not have enough information to go by.

Have a good year!! -- Laurel

RE: Hello
Hi Elsa -- I'm still here and busy as ever. About half way done with Evergreen Alameda now.

Please stop by a memorial I created for the puppy that was living there and was killed by the evil animal control officers before I could save her. The link to her memorial is here:

http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GSvcid=67282&GRid=43933523&

I will head out to Canutillo one more time this winter to try to finish it up, once it is freezing again.

How are you doing post Quinceñera?

Laurel
