There probably is no headstone. If you would, go ahead and post a photo of the location.
I appreciate your taking the time to do all this.

Jennie Scilacci 40337777
Jennie is actually Peter's second wife.

Reasoning:
In the 1940 census they are husband & wife with a son. Though since Jennie is the one answering the questions, Calvin maybe Peter's stepson.
In the 1900 census Dina/Peter only have 3 children, all still living: Wilford/Wilfred, George and Edwiana.

John F. O'Toole (Sr.)
Thanks for checking on the Almy's and John O'Toole Sr. I don't think they messed up & gave us the plot for John Jr. because you have already taken a picture for me of John Jr.'s plot. And, it wasn't covered over-or at least it didn't look like it was. Laurence is John Sr.'s son, and I do have a photo of that also. The only one's I don't have is John Sr. and the Almy's.

RE: Ann O'Toole
The site is a family plot (Sec C, Row 9, "Plot" 1), not a single grave, although there is only one visible marker.
There could be many reasons for this. The individual graves may not have been marked. They may have been marked but, over time, the markers may have sunk or become covered over with soil. Or, perhaps, the monument may have had engraving which is no longer visible.
According to their records, the plot was originally referred to as the O'Toole (mispelled O'Tolle) plot. At some point it changed to be referred to as the Boyd plot. The following individuals are listed as being interred in this plot:

William A Boyd, born in Ireland; died 9 Aug 1888
Elizabeth O'Toole Boyd, born in Pennsylvania; died 7 Jul 1902
William J Boyd, lived in Sausalito, CA; died 29 Aug 1930, interred 1 Sep 1930 (this is the only visible marker)
Estelle E Boyd, lived in San Rafael, CA; died 27 Jul 1930, interred 29 Jul 1930
Mazie E Boyd, lived in San Rafael, CA; died 18 Aug 1932, interred 20 Aug 1932

There were no records we could find for Ann O'Toole. But, it's interesting to note, we found Mary F O'Toole that was interred (Sec J, Row 2, Grave19 which is a "baby" section) 13 Mar 1918. I'm not sure if this is relevent but I thought I'd pass it along.
-ARLINE (F.A.G.)

I also believe Patrick O'Toole was moved here-died 1876 he would've been buried at St. Paul's Catholic Church, later they moved everyone in that cemetery, elsewhere. I am thinking he was reburied in the Mt. Olivet Cemetery where his wife Ann is buried after 1880. I called & they have no record of him, only Ann. The family had it named the O'Toole plot.

RE: Ann O'Toole
They didn't have the location where she was buried but now I know that the Boyd plot was formerly called the O'Toole plot than she must be buried there too.
