RE: Waldo Ackerman
Yes I found the Louise & Waltes. Already listed on Find A Grave. But I added better photos for them.
Good luck with getting an answer from the office, they are UNWILLING to help me or any other Find A Grave member.
I have a hard time just getting section maps from them.

RE: Colin and Annie Campbell
Hi Melinda, yes, I was in this cemetery and decided to take some pictures and record to F.A.G. I am so pleased when someone "discovers" these memorials and have interest in them for various reasons. Since you note that Colin and Annie are part of your family tree I will transfer them to you. So you should expect to receive notification from F.A.G. shortly of the transfers.

RE: Sarah
Melinda,

I am starting on this with several problems.
How could Sarah be her brothers daughter??

I can't seem to find your family page. Is it a private one??

Our side of the family is from the Queens and the Elmhurst area, not in Kings (Brooklyn). I am working on getting things changed, but having trouble getting the King's group out of Sadie's
gallery.

Sarah "Sadie" Campbell Douglass
I have Sadie's parents as Edward J Campbell 1842
and Sarah 1843.

Sarah was my grandmother ( Ida F. Douglass) 's
sister in law. Her husband was Samuel Douglass/

Beautiful!
Hello Melinda,

This is simply a quick note to say Hi and I LOVE your picture with your fur babies!!!

I don't visit this site as often as I would like (work obligations). However when I do, I bounce around my 'friend list' to visit their love ones.

Best regards,
Deborah

RE: Thank you!
Hi again Melinda!
I guess it's my turn to apologize now. I haven't checked my findagrave page in a while (I had finals in school, and then all the busyness of summer kind of rushed in at one time) and I totally forgot to reply to you.
Yeah, findagrave has done that to me before; forgotten to remind me that I had a message. Don't worry about it. :)
It is very sad. I've had a lot of young deaths in my family just because of war or the carelessness of someone else.
I paid a visit to your dad and uncle today; I hadn't visited their memorials in a while.
Thanks so much for visiting my memorials so often; it really does mean a lot.
Take care. :)

Hello Melinda.....
I just wanted to say "Thank You" for taking the time to visit Sgt. Manno, and helping me to keep his memory alive.
You have my deepest condolences on the loss of your mom, dad and brother...I am very sorry. I will keep you in my prayers.
God bless you and yours, and have a very
safe and happy upcoming week.
Sincerely,
Patty

RE: Thank you!
Oh, I loved visiting your father. He sounds like such an interesting character; I hadn't visited him in a while and I laughed at the story all over again. That's what you call good memories.
Yeah, it's very sad. Roy was very sweet and really loved everybody. I found your uncle and left him a flower; it's such a shame. He looks so happy and alive in his pictures; it made me want to cry.

RE: Nathaniel Heaney Edit
Oh, good! After I sent the edit on spouse, I thought to myself that it was really none of my business! ha Somehow I stumbled onto Nathaniel and started reading the family links and realized they weren't linked together as spouses. Such an interesting history. Love Jane's face. I enjoy the old pictures and history.

Thank you Melinda. He was the best dad one could hope for. Many years after his death, I still heard about yjr gppd things he had done for the people of our town. Things he never told others. I really miss him.

Thanks for taking the email off. No I have not done a DNA. Reached a dead end on the Boss side. Except his mother, who was Storm. I think they are Scottish though. My dad told me so. Kathy
