RE: re: Infant Clark headstone
Yes, As you can tell it had fallen over and was covered with dirt. Apparently no one has mowed the cemetery in 2 or 3 years. I was lucky enough to find a neighbor who gave me the cattle owners name and phone number who grazes his cattle around the cem. don't worry its a good fence. inside the grass is 3 to 4 feet high and I came across one fairly large Black snake, not poisonius but I guess their bite can be painful. I hope to get back again as there are several requests to fill from there. did you come across the memorial from that cem. of the young man who was hit by the train? What a horrific news story to print. Bill

Hi Joe
Thanks for your kind words. They are deeply appreciated.
Give it about 4 months and request a marker photo from his memorial. They have great volunteers there that will get it done.
Happy New Year and thanks again.
If you need any transfers let me know.

RE: re: John Franklin Pearce

I am 100% positive my grandfather's name was John "Frank" Pearce. You have my father, listed in this particular obit, says "Ben Franklin Pearce" and he is also a "Frank", not "Franklin". Ben is still alive and kicking and can validate this information.

I am so glad to hear that you have over 500 Pearce family members documented. I am curious to know the burial location for Elizabeth "Sparks" Pearce wife of Silas Pearce.

We took photos of the Mallary graves at the Macedonia Cemetery over the weekend. We also have a grave photo for Oscar Mallary. I can make up a Memorial and turn it over to you, if you like.

Thomas Pearce
Hi Joe,

I went to Parkwood Cemetery and was informed of where Thomas's resting place was. I took a picture and just noticed the dates do not match. The Thomas Pearce on the gravestone is Thomas G. Sr. 1878-1948 buried with a Ella H. Is this the correct Thomas Pearce or did they direct me to the wrong resting area? I just want to confirm before I post the picture. Just let me know what you think at your convenience. If it is the wrong resting place, I will go back to the office and locate the correct burial spot.
