Aundra, I forgot one of the first rules of genealogy~Check more than one source before you commit to one! My William is William F. Shipwash. In the 1900 census your Ollie is 2 and mine is 10, your "Willie" is 4 and my William is 8. The parents of yours are George and Martha. Mine are Albert and Marilda. All of these are in Tenessee. That's how I made the mistakes! I really am so sorry! Thank you for your reply! GOD Bless and enjoy your evening!

|Anita O. Kinard||William Shipwash|
Aundra, maybe you can help me. I am so sorry to have cluttered up your message board!!! I have a William W. Shipwash born in about 1896 in Tennessee who I believe (upon further review) may indeed be my relative. However, there is a William F. Shipwash born about 1892 that is buried in the Union Memorial Garden of South Carolina where my great grandmother, Olive Victoria (Ollie) Shipwash Ochiltree is buried. They are the only two Shipwashes there and I thought he was her brother. I am so confused! Maybe you have some information that can help me? Next time I guess I need to research and research again before I post. :(

I have determined that this is not the right one for my great grandmother's brother as he is buried in Union, South Carolina. I am sorry to have troubled you! Thank you for your time!

Hi again! In looking over the memorials I noted where you are also related to the Shipwashes so I will understand if you wish to keep the memorial I requested.

Hi there! I was wondering if you would be so kind as to transfer this memorial to me. This is one of my paternal relatives. I's appreciate it if you would do that. GOD Bless! Anita

|Roger Root||Rawley Hess abt 1807-1888|
Would you have any information on the parents of Rawley Hess, b. Monongalia County, Virgina about 1807 (1850 census Linn County, Iowa)? He seems to have used these other first names: "Raleigh" "Rolley" and "Rollea".

Aundra , I am doing research for a Janis Marie Hess, like you she to appears to have Peter as her 4th GGGGPa. Her dad was George William Hess and Virta Clawges was her mom.
Doing research w/o knowing family is tough especially when you have such so many Peters.
I am sorry for the confusion and I will be willing to turn Peter's site over to you. Let me know

You are very welcome! I photographed all the markers in Piney Grove, but do not have them posted yet. Next to Fred and Cora is a marker for Harvey Fred Butler Dec 1, 1923 - Jul 19, 1925. If he is your relative and you would like to do a memorial, I have the photo.

I double checked with the office they show her in Section 1 Lot 672 space 6,she did pay for cement slab but the office isn't sure if they put a marker up, I will go back and check for you, if you will put back the request, I always check my phone before I leave over there and this way I won't forget.

|Lou (Davis) Dedinsky||Zeete Harvey Thompson #58851053|
There is another memorial provided by a volunteer for Zeete Thompson #9749072 that shows a headstone for Zeete and Don in Liberty Center Cemetery, Warren County, Iowa. Can you confirm which cemetery is correct? Thanks!

Since you are maintaining your grandfather's memorial, I thought you would also like your grandmother's, as well. Louise
