Lorenzo Dow Player
Hi Mary, my name is Wesley Brewer and I have been working on the Player Family for a number of years. I wanted to let you know that your info on Lorenzo Player is wrong. Aftervtalking with several family nenbers and doing my on woek I found that Lorenzo died at home in Manning and that he was not killed in action in WW 2 he was to old to have severed in that war. Insteed he served in the Spanish-American war and obtained the rank of Private. He also served in WW I where he obained the rank Of Sgt. He served in Co. L 120th INF N.C. This info come from his wife's applicationn for a headstone form the War Dept.
He death was at home 5/30/1942 he was born in the salem community of sumter Co., SC on 4/8/1881 this info come soff his Death Certificate. I have a copy of both documents which I found on Ancestry.com. Please make the changes on your find a grave info.
Thanks , wesley Brewer

Larry Haynes
RE: Joseph Tillman Haynes #49026185
Sorry this has taken so long to reply, butdue to several personel reasons all this went to the back burner for awhile.
Joseph Tillman was the son of Abraham Haynes and wife Sarah Tart. Abraham was born in 1780 in N.Carolina to John Haynes and as yet unknown female. If you can get on Ancestry.com and look for Frank Haynes and Mary Martin Family Tree ,my sister has lots of data on Joseph Tillman Haynes

"NOTE: Please e-mail or call (972-238-7111) Restland for plot information BEFORE submitting a photo request."
Restland Memorial Park is an extremely large cemetery (over 125,000 interments / entombments and has over 300,000 property owners)and without the plot location it is next to impossible to find specific individual graves . I tried to get the information but they will only research the location for a family member. Sorry but anyone trying to help you get a photo of your loved one's headstone, will needs your help first. Without the plot information, your chances are probably slim to none for a photo, it would be like looking for a needle in a haystack.
You can e-mail - http://www.restlandfuneralhome.com/home/contact_us.html
or call - (972-238-7111) Hours are from 9am-6pm CST Monday-Sunday.
Thank you and have a great day.

RE: John Joseph Cemetery
I was the one who copied the cemetery years ago and gave info to Farmer Holliday(1st cousin to my husband)My Info for the name came directly from Flora Rowe Holliday, husband's Aunt by marriage, she was the daughter of Mike Rowe, who is buried there.,Please try again to make name change to Rowe Cemetery,Half Mt..To do that you will have to edit each memorial on Cemetery.

RE: #69993089
I know where the cemetery is on Half Mt.,copied this cemetery back in late 1970's along with husband's cousin Farmer Holliday,,Aunt Flora Rowe Holliday, called it the Rowe or Owens Cemetery.her parents,Mike and Eliza and Brother Kerney Rowe are buried there..the name depends on who you are asking..Here on Half Mt. is's referred as Rowe..Hopefully there will be a road made to cemetery by property owners that recently purchased land where it is located..Thank You..Sharon

Kirby Cemetery
I notice that Kirby is one of your virtual cemeteries. I photographed the stones there. Do you know of a second Kirby location? The requesting party has death certificates listing Kirby cemetery, but I saw no evidence of the graves.

This cemetery is located in Lynchburg, not Shiloh. This correction should prevent duplication of effort. Also, if you received editting information from me, please disregard. Thanks.
