Found More Walker's
Nearby Lorenzo Franklin Walker's headstone were other people I think were his relatives. I took their photo's and added them to the web. the names added are: Howard Walker, Lorenzo Vie Walker, Alta Walker & Grant Hamnett Wilkin. (Lucy Wolstenholme L. F. Walker's wife's name was also on Lorenzo Franklin Walker's headstone.)

I hope this helps your research.

Frank/Mary Metze - Oak Ridge
I fulfilled your photo requests for these two in Oak Ridge, Springfield, IL. Unfortunately, they had no stones. I posted an overview photo of the plot and had the original lister add the plot info regarding who is buried there.

Metzke photo requests
Hi - I fulfilled your requests for grave photos for Fred and Elizabeth Wakefield Metzke at Oak Ridge Cemetery. Wanted to let you know that I sent a name and birthdate correction to the person who listed Elizabeth as that info is wrong. I also had Fred's lister correct his info, which is done. I had taken these photos almost 2 years ago but have been working on other sections of the cemetery so hadn't gotten them posted yet.

Gertrude Axtell
You requested a picture for Gertrude Axtell. This person is not listed for Kohlerlawn Cemetery. Did she remarry after his death and under another name? She is not buried by him.
Please let me know.

Bob Kenney
Bathsheba Metcalf
My friend and I walked the entire section of the cemetery that held graves old enough to be the one you are looking for, without success. However, we did find one for a John Metcalf which gave a death date of February 22, 1791. There was no other stone nearby that may have been for Bathsheba and no mention of a wife on his stone, but the dates make it seem quite likely that she was John's wife. There are a lot of Metcalfs in this graveyard, but this was the closest we could find. I have added my picture of that gravestone to John's personal page because I think it is more readable than the one already there. If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to contact me.

Gollatz at Green Hills
Katharine Gollatz does not have a grave marker yet. She is buried next to husband Walter Gollatz. I photographed his marker and uploaded it to her page showing the empty spot next to him where Katharine is. I also photographed the following Gollatz's at Green Hills:
Bertha M. Gollatz 1886 - 1968
Hans O. Gollatz 1881 - 1952
Lillian J. Gollatz 1919 - 1997
Harold J. Gollatz 1919 - 2004 (plaque missing)
If you will add memorial pages for them I will upload the photos.

Thank you for the info regarding the grave of my g-g-grandfather. I knew that it was a long shot in finding a headstone or marker for him. I suspect his remains were moved en masse from the American Mechanics Cemetery back in the 50s. I do appreciate you taking the time to report back. ~Susan
