Elizabeth Stevens

Per the North Platte City Cemetery records,

Walter is buried in Lot 220, space 1
Elizabeth is buried in Lot 200, space 2
Ethel is buried in Lot 200, space 3

I checked the Maloney Funeral Homes records, Elizabeth and Ethel are not listed. They might have been buried thru the Adams Funeral Home, those old records have been long destroyed.

Elizabeth Stevens in Cozad, is not the same Elizabeth Stevens in North Platte, birth and death dates do not line up together.

Lets see if there are markers, and see if there any other information on them.

Frances Blecha
RE: Frank Muhldorf
Frank was buried in the plot with Albert and Julia (Muhldorf) Karas. Frank Muhldorf, Julia (Muhldorf) Karas, and Agnes (Muhldorf) Cerny were children of Joseph Muhldorf and Barbara (Kostansky) Muhldorf. No, we are not related ... but my husband & I have done a lot of research on the people buried at the Bohemian Cemetery east of Table Rock. If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to contact us.

Hi, Sheila -- thanks for responding. I would love to have a picture of Lawrence if you would share it. You can email it to me at

I knew Lawrence & Nettie and know Loren Joe & Merilee (but not their kids!). Maybe you can tell me where you fit in!

54916610 is one of the memorial #s.

I see this memorial was transferred to you -- are you a relative, by chance? I'd be very interested in knowing something about them. It's not everyday that someone came to Table Rock from Sweden, although the Swedes were certainly well represented in other areas not so terribly far away. If you might have a photograph or family info that I could share on our Historical Society's website or Facebook page, I would very much appreciate it. It is always kind of neat to see someone as a person rather than a tombstone. I'd be happy to return the favor if you have any need of information from the local paper....

Blanch Flanigan
Mary Ann Daker
Would you consider removing and then reinstalling the photo of The Dakers only choose the catagory "person" or "family" so that it always stays on the top of the photos? Maybe I'm wrong but I feel the person's photo should always take preference over the stones.
Thank you and God bless.

Baby Burnham photo request
Hi again, Sheila! As before, there are 2 others in the same lot with this baby, I'll get photos for them as well. This one might take a little detective work, let me see what I can find. (-: Later, Amy

You already have the info listed in the book. I have no other suggestions. We live 100 miles north so don't have access to any local research sites.

Richard Hasbrouck
Memorial# 104018360

I don't know why Pauline spelled his middle name that way since the cemetery database she copied has Edwin. Thanks for catching it, it has been corrected.

RE: Willow Grove Cemetery

I attempted to find any record in the old newspapers online. I didn't have much luck, other than finding that a Fred J. Hasbrouck owned a large mercantile store in Buffalo in 1893. My suggestion would be to check with the Johnson County Library in Buffalo. You might also contact the Wyoming State Archives in Cheyenne if the Johnson county library doesn't have anything.

If you are able to narrow down the death dates, I'd be happy to search the newspapers again for their death notices.

If you do find anything, feel free to share them. I'd be happy to add the information to their memorials.
