Thank you for your contributions to the Find a Grave project. I have noticed the place of birth on this memorial is incorrect according to my records. What is the best way to address this correction?

You are correct. I have Serena A. Carter married to Wickersham. Their daughter Serena Ardell "Della" Wickersham married William Thomas Whitenack.
I have removed the incorrect sentence from the memorial for Harvey Whitenack. Would you prefer to have me transfer management of Harvey's and Addie's memorials to you? If so, send me your member number.
Thanks for catching this.

Thank you so much for the information. It is most helpful, and I will call Kay. I'm in MT and don't know if I can access the records from here. I will also contact the Historical Society. I SO appreciate the information. It is greatly appreciated and kind of you to share. God bless, and thank you again.

Thank you, but after more searching, I found a phone number for Woodland Cemetery in Quincy, and I will call it on Monday. Thanks again!

Is there a way to find out who is buried in Woodland in Quincy? Is there a number to call to speak to someone at the cemetery office? I have looked online and can find nothing. I'd love to find out if Anna Clara Vosmer Schachtiek (wife of Herman 1848-1909) is buried there, plus any of Herman's children from his previous marriage to Caroline "Lena" Iltner. If you have any ideas, please let me know. Thank you SO MUCH! Kathryn Wagner #48407627

Thank you SO MUCH, David. What a wonderful site. I wish that every cemetery was as "up to date" and had records accessable online. Is Calvary in Quincy like that too. I just can't thank you enough and will make memorials for the folks I found. I wonder where Caroline "Lena" Iltner Schachtsiek is buried. I so appreciate that link! Thank you again and God bless.

Yes. I e-mailed the person who operates that site and told her I have the marriage certificate for Abigail Willis as the bride of William Jones. Also until last year, I thought her name was Abigail Hill. But I went back to Rocky Mount, Virginia and found documents to indicate she is Abigail Willis. Ferguson was her mother's maiden name.

|Kathryn Wagner||Hey, David|
I am looking for the parents of Catherine E. Bracy, who was a dear friend of mine - as is her son, John. Her parents were Clarence and Ruth Schachtsiek, and I see that you have one of Clarence's parents on Find A Grave in Quincy. Can you help me figure out where Clarence and Ruth are buried, and I will make them a memorial? I'd appreciate any information that you have on them. Thank you, and God bless. At the top, a change needs to be made for her parents. They were William and Abigail (Willis) Jones.
Also can you connect her with her parents:
William Jones is 131346771
Abigail Jones is 131346914

Sorry for your loss of your father. I was looking for a family member's obit that day and saw your dad's picture. He was so handsome and looked so distinguished that I thought everyone should see that picture. If you want to add that or want me to totally remove it, just let me know. No problem.

Greetings. I am trying to track down where the Old County Farm was. That is a part of the history of the Wheeler family who I am working to locate.
There are two memorials at the cemetery there, one you added to Find A Grave and one another person added. However, there no data could be found on the headstone.
I would appreciate it if you would give me the exact location of that farm.
Thank you very much for your time and effort.

|Audrey DeCamp Hoffman||Hi David,|
I have noticed that you have left a flower on so many of my Lierly, Beckertt and Saulsbury memorials. I am only an in-law relative of them. My first cousin lived in Arroyo Grande and married a Saulsbury. I found his heritage so very interesting and that they were pioneers in the area. There memorials were laying dormant on Find a Grave, I had them transferred to me, added bios and linked them together. I am looking for a real relative to transfer at least some of them to. I also found the Lierly family in your virtual cemeteries and am hoping you may be that person. Please contact me.

Thanks for pointing out the errors on this memorial. I have corrected them. I am guilty of not looking at the memorial close enough when it was transferred to me. My bad.
