Thought you would find this interesting ... Evelyn Perry ... married to John Frederick Perry ... son of Charles and Elizabeth ... She is # 132176719. I can't find him though. Found their marriage license at:

You're welcome.

"Glitches happen" - I had a strange glitch today which seems to have meshed 2 pages together, but I still can't figure out what the other page was originally. :/

David, I do not recall where the burial info came from, or past edit info. I did correct and add obit. Since she is family, I will transfer if you wish. Thanks for the update.

Slight correction needed
On William Henry Harrison Sprague's entry at
http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=42713075

The death shows as:
Death: Dec. 27, 1881
Johnson County
Missouri, USA

Shows on the same page the following info:
Sergeant H.H. Sprague, Company A, 2nd Missouri State Militia Cavalry," buried in Mineral Creek Cemetery, Leeton, Johnson County, Missouri (Feb 13 1813-Dec 27, 1879)

The death date there is two years before that listed in the findagrave entry. The 1879 date corresponds with the following record:
http://interactive.ancestry.com/1195/MIUSA1879_113710-00760/?htx=View&r=an&dbid=1195&iid=MIUSA1879_113710-00760&fn=Harrison%20H&ln=Sprague&st=r&ssrc=&pid=110272

Titled "Headstones Provided for Deceased Union Civil War Veterans, 1879-1903"

Could you change his year of death from 1881 to 1879?

Thank you!

Justin

David,
Thank you for your contributions to the Find a Grave project. I have noticed the place of birth on this memorial is incorrect according to my records. What is the best way to address this correction?

RE: Harvey Whitenack
You are correct. I have Serena A. Carter married to Wickersham. Their daughter Serena Ardell "Della" Wickersham married William Thomas Whitenack.

I have removed the incorrect sentence from the memorial for Harvey Whitenack. Would you prefer to have me transfer management of Harvey's and Addie's memorials to you? If so, send me your member number.

Thanks for catching this.

re: Woodland Cemetery
Is there a way to find out who is buried in Woodland in Quincy? Is there a number to call to speak to someone at the cemetery office? I have looked online and can find nothing. I'd love to find out if Anna Clara Vosmer Schachtiek (wife of Herman 1848-1909) is buried there, plus any of Herman's children from his previous marriage to Caroline "Lena" Iltner. If you have any ideas, please let me know. Thank you SO MUCH! Kathryn Wagner #48407627

RE: Hey, David
Thank you SO MUCH, David. What a wonderful site. I wish that every cemetery was as "up to date" and had records accessable online. Is Calvary in Quincy like that too. I just can't thank you enough and will make memorials for the folks I found. I wonder where Caroline "Lena" Iltner Schachtsiek is buried. I so appreciate that link! Thank you again and God bless.

RE: Victoria MIldred Jones Hall
Yes. I e-mailed the person who operates that site and told her I have the marriage certificate for Abigail Willis as the bride of William Jones. Also until last year, I thought her name was Abigail Hill. But I went back to Rocky Mount, Virginia and found documents to indicate she is Abigail Willis. Ferguson was her mother's maiden name.

Hey, David
I am looking for the parents of Catherine E. Bracy, who was a dear friend of mine - as is her son, John. Her parents were Clarence and Ruth Schachtsiek, and I see that you have one of Clarence's parents on Find A Grave in Quincy. Can you help me figure out where Clarence and Ruth are buried, and I will make them a memorial? I'd appreciate any information that you have on them. Thank you, and God bless. At the top, a change needs to be made for her parents. They were William and Abigail (Willis) Jones.

Also can you connect her with her parents:
William Jones is 131346771
Abigail Jones is 131346914

Thank you

Sorry for your loss of your father. I was looking for a family member's obit that day and saw your dad's picture. He was so handsome and looked so distinguished that I thought everyone should see that picture. If you want to add that or want me to totally remove it, just let me know. No problem.
