I see there's an existing photo request. I may have made it in the past. Wondering if someone can be so kind to fulfill taking and posting a close up of the tombstone, the information on the tombstone, please. Thank you so much!

RE: Mahlon Noble
Thank you so much Leah! I appreciate you creating the Memorial for him. I'm sure he's one of the infants that doesn't have a stone, which seems to be a common occurrence from my research. I figured you probably have the cemetery records for his parents section and lot and he's not listed. If you find where he is buried, please let me know and I will do the same. Have a good weekend.

Best Regards-

Re: Mahlon Noble
Hi Leah-I'll see if I can get ahold of the cemetery records for the family lot to see if Mahlon is indeed interred with the rest of the family as note in the Connecticut Hale Cemetery Inscriptions.

RE: Re: Another Noble Child
Thank you Leah for linking them. I'll double check my info on Mahlon when I get home from work. I think I added to my ancestry tree but I'll double check. Thanks for all your help!

Re: Another Noble Child
Hi Leah-

My records show that William Henry Noble # 5858 had a child named Mahlon Ogden Noble (6-17-1856 to 09-11-1857). You created all the Memorials for the remaining children, parents, and grandparents. When you have a chance, could you check your records and see if he is on your list. I found his name on the Hale Cemetery Inscription List with the rest of the family.

Thanks again for your help in connecting the family members to each other and for spending your time creating their Memorials. It is very appreciated!

Best Regards-

Thank you for taking the time to take the photos, it is greatly appreciated. I would rather you add the photos to the memorial so that you get the full credit as the photographer.

Mary E. Warner
Ira DeVer Warner transfer
Leah, thank you so much for the memorial transfer of Ira DeVer Warner. That is a stupendous "headstone" ... I guess a monument to himself and family. It would be nice to know the story behind that monument, and how many Warner folks are actually laid to rest in that cemetery.

Of course, Ira was a partner with his brother, Lucien Calvin Warner, and founded THE Warner Co. that even now, as WARNCO, makes textiles, upscale undies, etc. Thanks for the extras, and the link to their parents.

RE: Thank you!!!
Hi Leah,

Thank you for the transfer of all the Eames family. I will take good care of them. Helen Higby is the mother of George M. Eames Jr. It would be nice to keep the family together, so if you don't mind transfering them also that would be great. I have also added you to "My Friends" (In fact, you are the first. I am just getting to know how all of this works.) you have been so wonderful and all around helpful. Thanks again for all you have done.

Thank you!!!
Thanks so much for the beautiful memorials you have created for the Eames family, and also for all the research you did to help me find where my Aunt was buried. I have spent many hours searching to no avail, but you were able to find her. I would love to have the memorials for Marge and George transferred (and any of the other Eames family that you would like to transfer). I will take care of them with love and know that you really cared enough to create them. Thank you again for your generous gift of time and effort to bring these family members back to their family.

Have a glorious day,
Kay :-)

RE: George Manson Eames Jr
Thank you for all your help. I just have no idea where either one is buried. I can't even find SSDI records for Marjorie. I really appreciate the time you have put in to help me with these elusive relatives.

Have a great day,
Kay :-)

RE: George Manson Eames Jr
Hi Leah,

Yes, I was referring to George Manson Eames Jr. So sorry if I might have led to confusion. I really appreciate your help, and it doesn't matter if it takes a while for you to get the information to me regarding George's wife Marjorie, and his son Gregory.

I have been working on my family tree for about 12 years now and have a grand total of 643 names. I look at some trees that contain over 200,000 names associated with it, and wonder how many of those are actually family members, and how many have sources. I feel it is better to have a small tree that is thoroughly researched than to just add names. Even if your tree doesn't have much information now, don't give up the fight. Keep posting requests for information regarding ancestors and locations of where there were that relate to people already known to be family. I just had two different people contact me from old posts (one in 2000, and the other from 2002) regarding different sides of my family. Both were very helpful in helping me locate missing persons in my tree. In one a person had purchased a house and started researching the house and came across the entry in 2000 where I had mentioned that person as being my Grandmother's Grandfather. They emailed me where i could see the deed information regarding when he bought it and when & to whom he sold it, prompting me to try just using the last names of other family members and I found a lot of information.

Good luck in trying your family tree research again. You never know when or where you will get information.

Have a great day,
Kay :-)

George Manson Eames Jr
Hi Leah,

First I would like to thank you for creating his memorial. You have also supplied wonderful photos.

I am wondering if either his wife Marjorie Eames d:1968 or his son Gregory Eames d:2006 are buried at the same cemetery. I have been unable to locate any information regarding where either of these two are buried. If they are there, would you mind creating memorials and linking them? Marge was my father's sister and Greg was my cousin.

Also, would it be possible for me to use the photos of George's and his parent's headstones in my family tree. I currently do not have any photos of these individuals and would like to have some type of photo tribute to them. I would credit you with the photos and give information on how to access the individual memorials on the Find A Grave website.

Thanks again for the wonderful memorials for the Eames family.
Kay :-)
