|Concordia Ranger||Elisha Tyra photo request|
Sorry to report that there is no marker for Elisha Tyra in Tier 8, Lot 1, Grave 8. I did provide GPS coordinates for the gravesite. He is in the same lot as his brother John W. I provided GPS coordinates for him as well.

|Verona Flint||RE: Adding a photo|
Thank you, I have never even looked at the "help" option. I had been inserting my photos with the same technique where another photo had been posted (example, adding a person where there is a cemetery photo). They did just fine until last night.
I find that sometimes names are entered differently and they don't always pull up when I begin a new search. I assume no one has made a memorial for that person, so I have. Bingo, now there are two. Perhaps I have three duplicates, at this point.
I have contacted contributors to see about transfers of my direct family members to no avail. But I now realize that usually there is a way to connect them.
Everyone has been so helpful with sharing knowledge to keep things in order.
Thanks for getting back to me.

|Verona Flint||Adding a photo|
Perhaps you can help me out. I have been trying to add the burial stone of my Great Uncle, Thomas Melville Sharrer, now that I have made a memorial for him.
It keeps kicking it out.
I love the cemetery photo you have posted but would think it would be cool to show them both.

|Marylynn Wright||Edward T. Davis Burial|
Hello Barbara -
I am starting to research my family tree and found pictures of my grandfather/grandmother and uncle's burial sites in Mt. Olivet Cemetary in Denver Colorado.
I was told by a friend that you had taken these pictures of these burial sites.
Could you enlighten me a bit. Were these pictures sent or added by a relative (unknown to me) or by you. I am very new at this so any information would be great.
Thank you in advance.
Burial Site: Edward T. Davis/Laura M. Davis/Ralph G. Davis

Barbara: You said we may be related through Mary
Essie Ingram. Her maiden name was Connoly or Conley or some derivation thereof. She was born in Texas and her father was from Ireland. Since she died in 1923 and I was not born until 1955, I did not know her, or her son (my grandfather).

|Dan||Helen Berilla Goff Joubert|
You took a picture of Helen, 75601792, and her father's, George W. Goff, 37726204, headstone, and uploaded it to George's record. I have just updated Helen's record, but it is missing your picture. I was wondering if you would like to save it to her record as it is your picture. Thanks for your help.

|Sue Roe||RE: Woodlawn Cemetery|
I found my great grandmother's plot information on a document here. She was Jeltje or Julia Vos, died 28 Feb 1934, buried grave C, lot 138, block 9. I need to know what the stone says in order to add her to Find a Grave. If you are going to the cemetery, I would really appreciate it if you would look for her! Thanks!
Also, she had two unmarried sons who should be buried at Woodlawn but I don't have any locations for them -- maybe buried near her? They are Charlie Vos, d. 9 Dec 1945 and Rudy Vos died 23 Dec 1934. Thanks for any help you can give!

Thanks for transferring my aunt and uncle to me! I'll update and link them later.
You have not done the graves of my other relatives. I may be able to add them if I can find all the proper information. Do you live in Santa Monica?

That would be great! Peter E. Vos and Marian E. Vos are my aunt and uncle. I'll check to see if you have any others that are my family and, if so, I'll let you know. Thanks!

|Sue Roe||RE: Woodlawn Cemetery|
I have pictures of my grandparents' graves. I added them last night -- but not the pictures -- I only have prints. There are some other relatives buried there -- not sure if I have plot info. I'll check.
Since my uncle Peter Vos was added by you, I was not able to link him to his parents. Maybe you can do it? They are John Vos and Winifred de Jong Vos. You'll see that they are now listed on Find A Grave. Also, if you would like, I can give you additional information on my uncle and aunt to add.

Barbara, I see you have added the names of my Uncle and Aunt, Pete and Marian Vos, who are buried in Woodlawn Cemetery. That's great! I'm wondering if you plan to do the whole cemetery? I have other relatives buried there and it would be nice to find them on Find a Grave also.

|LC||FD Wickham, Jr.|
Hi Barbara, At the Fort Bliss National Cemetery there is a marker/headstone that says FD Wickham Jr. 1905-1907 and it is Section B plot 223 next to Frank D Wickham which is also Section B, plot 223. The Veterans Administration has FD Wickham, Jr. listed as son (minor child) of Wickham, Frank D. Do you suppose they could have moved the gravesite to Ft. Bliss to be beside his father? Anyway, I made another memorial for Jr. and put the picture of the headstone on it plus linked him to his father. Let me know if you want me to remove it or just leave it there since it's listed there with the VA? LC

|Andrei Tanasescu||Info on Josef Cristea|
Thank you so much for all your work and effort gathering information and images on the graves in Woodlawn Cemetery.
I would like to ask if you could provide me with any more information on Josef Cristea
Specifically, I'm trying to find out if he is the same Joseph Cristea that worked with the Chicago Opera Company in the 1930s and who opened up a music label in New York in the mid-1940s.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
(I'm not sure how you could contact me on this site, but if all else fails, you can reach me at andrei.tanasescu (at) gmail.com)

I tried to find Sarah's stone as per your request in Zion Citizen's cemetery... I looked throughout section A and found nothing. So I went back to row 26 and that row only has 3 stones. :(
I did take a picture of the row. If they are buried there, the stones are no longer standing/visible. I'd post it but didn't want to get your hopes up.
I found Jasper on here: http://www.carrollcountymuseum.org/db/zion_cemetery/details.php?id=7124&search=
But Sarah isn't listed...
Let me know how else I can help
