|Anonymous||Charles and Lelia Ayres Davis Memorial|
The Davis family at Sharon Baptist Church are relatives. Charles and Lelia are my great-grandparents and Mary Indie and Lawrence are my great aunt and uncle. If you would like I would be happy to manage these memorials. If you wish to continue managing them that is fine. I thank you for the pictures you did a wonderful job. I would like to talk to you about finding Lelia's father's tombstone. I have received an e-mail that says he is buried at a logging area off 652. If you have any information on this please let me know.

Thank you for letting me see this cemetery. I have always wanted to see it one day in person. My Great Grandmother was Amanda Harris Bolling who married Dr. Lenas Bolling. Home was off Rt. 652 Bolling Farm Cemetery. Would love to correspond with you about the families along that area - please. And thank you again. Patt F. Freedman - Tallahassee

|D. Fritz||Taliaferro Graves|
Thank you for the effort to get these photos for me. Someone else had gone to the cemetery today and found a headstone for Lawrence Taliaferro under the Handicap ramp to the church. I am surprised the church didn't tell you about it.

|Hank Rogers||RE: Digges|
Thank you again, Jeremy. Do you think "Bluefield" is Bellfield? I googled Bluefield & nothing returned appropriate.
Added by Hank Rogers on Aug 02, 2010 3:32 PM
Hi Jeremy, I am a descendant of the Digges family, lastly from Martha Armistead Digges who married Nathaniel Burwell. One of her great-granddaughters was my great-grandmother.
My question is do you know where Dudley Digges (husband of Martha Armistead & son of Cole & Elizabeth Power) is buried? The only info I have found is he died May 3, 1790 in Williamsburg & is buried "at Bluefield near Williamsburg,
where there is a memorial pew in the parish church."
Also any idea where Cole's wife, Elizabeth Power, is buried? Sad she didn't get to be buried with Cole.
Thank you so much for your time.

|Louise Homan Keiser||RE: Oakwood graves|
You are quite welcome. I too have been spending quite some time volunteering for the Brunswick Cemeteries project, indexing many of the Churches in and around the county. I live in the northern Red Oak District, near Danieltown, so if I can ever be of assistance please let me know.
Best Regards, Louise Keiser

|Mandy G.||RE: Blandford graves|
I should be able to get Virginia & Jerome Miles pictures this weekend - would have done it today but it was HOT out there! :)
Incidentally, I created a couple of memorials that may or may not be related to your requests but were in the same plots. If you want I can transfer them to you (Edwin Lewis was one, and I think William Vernon Harrison was another). Just let me know!

|I love genealogy (inactive)||Ft. Lincoln Cemetery|
I would be glad to take pictures for you but please call Ft. Lincoln Cemetery and ask for the exact location of the graves. They can be a little difficult about giving out this information and it make take several calls. Just keep bugging them. 301-864-5090. Post the location in the memorial page. I'll look for there. It is impossible for me to fulfill this request without this info. This cemetery is very difficult to work with and it is a HUGE cemetery and can not be walked. If you can not call, please remove request. The requests list at this cemetery is so long because people do not get the info. It is not because there is no one to take pics.

Sorry for the delay, but I've made the suggestions you mentioned for Julia Barkley Baber (nee: Tapscott), George Norvell Tapscott, and Minnie Leigh Bransford (nee: Tapscott). Since these three individuals are of closer blood to you than me, would you like me to transfer care of them to you?

|Danny Grizzle||Winfry of Timpson, Texas|
Kathleen Wilkins is buried next to Sil Winfrey, Jr. (1917 - 1942). Judging from dates, I would guess she is his sister, making her a daughter of Silvanus Winfrey (1891 - 1983) and Mary Winfrey (1893 - 1957).
Marjorie Katherine Winfrey is specifically identified as a child of Silvanus and Mary, and a sister to Sil Winfrey, Jr. I have sent a request to the memorial owner to add relationship links.
Mary Jo Winfrey, (1921 - 1928) is not specifically identified as a child of Silvanus and Mary, but given her dates and the fact that no other Winfreys in this plot were of child bearing age, I believe she is also a daughter.
Marcellus and Addie would appear, by their dates, to be parents of Silvanus Sr., and grandparents of the children listed here.

|Danny Grizzle||Winfrey - Timpson, Texas|
You were correct that all Winfreys requested in Woodlawn Cemetery, Timpson, Shelby County, Texas, are buried in the same family plot.
Also, there are Hubbards (Velma Winfrey Hubbard -- original entry omitted married name) along with her infant child Hubbard.
There is also a Dell And Kathleen Wilkins buried in this plot - not sure of relation.

I just visited your entry for Clara Tucker Harrison. Can you tell me where her maiden name Taylor comes from? I was thinking she was w/o L. Corling Harrison (19 Jul 1893 — 9 Jan 1973) also buried at Concord, and that she was nee Tucker, but perhaps she m1 a Mr. Taylor?? Any help you could give would be much appreciated. Thanks! Trinkle J.
