Hi Paula, I came across your memorial for Jean Teresa (Casey) Guerin (#64539868). I am also related to the Heffernan line and thought I would try to get in touch and see if you would like to exchange info. Please e-mail me at the address on my profile. I have a fairly active Heffernan genealogy group on Facebook if you are interested...

Yes, I would appreciate that very much.Having lunch with his son tomorrow, I'm not sure if he has a copy or not. Are you related?

You have added photos for memorials for Walter Joseph Stritzinger & his wife Agatha Loretta Martin, in Resurrection Cemetery.
Do you have a connection.
I am working on Stritzinger family seeing if the records and show if they all connect to the family that came from Hayna Germany.
May I attach your photos to a one name project for Stritzinger?

But it also could be that they had an 'empty' spot in the lot and sold it... since they only needed 3 spots. Lots in that area are 4 or 6's. I don;t know but the cemetery office might know.

I am sorry the monument is only 2 names... please see the notes for info on the sec/lot.

Hello Again! Thank You for your research efforts.. You do have the right man... My records were confusing at best so I am going with the (B)1861 and the (D)1944... I also did not have a middle name for him... Thanks
Family Legend has it that this man had 2 families as he was a traveling salesman between Detroit and Petoskey/Traverse City, Mi...
He would be gone for a month at a time each way... My father once told me that he had met one of Jacobs 2nd family children from the up north family... He said that he walked up to the door, knocked, and when the man answered it was like looking at his father (Joseph)...
Okay, Thank You again... I totally appreciate your interest in double checking those dates..

Your welcome Paulaak. I was filling a photo request for William Casey and noticed that Ethel (Pearl) Casey did not have a headstone photo, so I did both.
