RE: Lola Frances Sizemore Hilton
You are welcome! I created a memorial for her husband Oakley since I didn't find one when I searched. I also searched for the sister Della. I may have found her, Find A Grave memorial # 166593011, you will need to search it since I am rot related and have no information.

If you'd like to have Oakey's memorial, send a request and I'll transfer it.

Joella Roberts
Sarah Jane May Yarnaby Cemetary
Virginia, my name is Joella Roberts. My grandfather and grandmother are buried in Yarnaby Cemetary in Oklahoma. They are Bone and Nellie Dobbins, Edgar Bone and Eleanor Loraine. Also uncles, aunts and cousins, Wells and Dobbins.
James Henry Jackson is my grandmother's father and his grave is next to Susie Jane May. I am interested in her because my grandmother had sisters named Susie and May and because it lists her sons, two or three of the names are names of cousins, Bobby, Doyle and maybe Randall. (I can't remember)
Since your name came up when I went to the Yarnaby cemetary I was wondering if you knew Susie Jane May and if there is any relationship with Jackson.
Also, one of my uncles was named Millard. In my search I have run across the name Herndon. There is a grave for a baby Millard Herndon not far from James Henry Jackson. Do you know if they are relatives or in the Jackson line?
On the other side of James Henry Jackson is his wife, Nannie Jane Stowers Jackson.
From your bio, I did not understand if you had family in the Yarnaby cemetary and if so, their names.
I'm working hard on the Jackson and Dobbins line. I would be glad to share what little I have. Thank you for any help.

PS. There are also Jacksons in the Mulberry Cemetary just across the river on the way to Bonham. This includes James Henry's father Peter Jackson, my great great grandfather.

Virginia, I found this last night, had not seen it before, but apparently Pauline had applied for Andrew J. Leeper pension from the Indian Wars in Texas.

As you can see from what I found on the record, this was done in June 1903, and applied for in the Indian Territory.

I also found the marriage of their son John Witsel Leeper to Minnie M. Chisenhill, in Carter County, OK, in April 1906. Another brother Isaac married in Carter Co. in 1902, but he was in Chickasaw Nation, Indian Territory, for 1900 cen. Did not find parents in that cen living close, so I don't know If I am missing them, with a spelling or transcription problem or not. I also know that their sister was in OK in the year of 1900 as her children were born there according to census records. So I believe that I have established that the family was in OK by at least 1902 or so time frame.

Name Andrew J Leeper
Event Type Pension
Event Date 26 June 1903
Event Place Indian Territory
App # 9418 Cert #CT13
Spouse's Name Polina Leeper
Fitzhughs Co D Mt. Batt, Texas VOL Indian Wars

Thanks again.

RE: william Leeper
Thank you for your help. According to family he might have died in Cooke County, TX, ca 1899, but cannot be certain that he died there or in OK.

Most of his children I have found in either Johnson or Carter County. If he is buried there he does not have a marker.

Since Ok is not good for having death certificates and other primary sources, and or easily found or obtained easily, it makes it hard to research. The family was in Cooke 1880, 1900 did not find in Tx or in IT. 1910 Pauline was in Johnson County, Ravia Twp.

Anything you might find is appreciated.

Thank you again for all you do.

Pierce/Conn Families
Good morning Virginia,

Nancy E. Pierce was married to James Madison Conn who had a son by the name of James Howard Conn who married Beulah Mobley who had a daughter by the name of Stella Maxine Conn who married James Calvin Dodson, Jr.

If you have not gone back that far is there anyone that you know who has?

Nancy E. Pierce-Conn is my husband's great-aunt, who was a sister to my husband's great-grandmother.

Any help would be appreciated. Have a great day.

Dollie Richardson Edit
Hello Virginia,
Thanks so much for the speedy edit request to link Dollie to her hubby. Am trying to help a friend untangle the Richardsons in that area..some spread out and went West, so it helps to have the spouses linked so you are not chasing them too!! :) :)

Have a terrific week-end....and thank you again.

Pierce/Conn Families
Dear Virginia,

I am researching my husband's paternal side of the family which includes Nancy E. Pierce-Conn. I would like to communicate with you in a more private setting. Do you have a tree on Ancestry or a private e-mail address on Find A Grave?

Looking forward to hearing from you.
