I rethought things and wondered if you would be willing to transfer the Nathaniel Stoddard 40114655 to me? I am #47223855. Thank you

|Ann Curfew-Eagar||Nathaniel Stoddard|
I appreciate you adding Nathaniel Stoddard to Find A Grave. He is #40114655. I would like you to correct the marriage information you have on his record.
He was married only once, to Jane McMann or McManagle. They had 4 sons as is listed on her memorial 39398818. The two wives you have listed are the same person. She was known by several different maiden names, but I have found her parent's and their name was McManagle. It is thought that she changed her name to McMann for possible Anglicized reasons.
You help in clearning up this matter would be appreciated.
They are my 2nd great grandparents.

We are referring to the "Marriage" date ... You have them getting married before they were born on (11 Dec. 1772)... My research shows the marriage date as (3 April 1801)... "Thanks & God Bless" ...

Note: Mrs. Anna Margaret (Hoffman) Clapp's Spouse Was Mr. John George "Hatter" Clapp (1775-1845) !!! Not the two individuals you have listed ... Note : Even their birth dates are "SOMEWHAT" off ...
Cemetery Location: The Brick Reform United Church of Christ Cemetery, Gibsonville, Guilford County, North Carolina, USA ...

I am sorry to read about your mother's death. I hope you are feeling a bit better, although it does take time-sometimes a lot of time. I do not wish to intrude and have no immediate expectation you will respond.
When you are ready:
I am from a Stewart line that goes back to James Stewart who married Sarah Fleshman in Greenbrier, Virginia. We are absolutely stuck on this line for a father for James. We just completed dna on a couple of possible lines, but found no connections.
We are now interested in your line, going back to John Stewart and Elizabeth Cook, William Stewart and Rebecca Taylor, Beakley Stewart and Alice Hopkins, and Isaac Mitton and Matilda Downs. John looks about the right age to be a brother/cousin to our James.
Do I have your information correct? I read with interest your Find A Grave contributions.
Our Stewart line eventually, through Nathaniel, son of James and Fleshman, went to Utah. We also have heard some vague rumor that James may have deserted the English army in Canada and fled to Greenbrier. At this point I'm just trying to determine if any of this sounds familiar to you.

I never intentionally make duplicate memorials... I've tried looking up Nan as you suggested and still can't find her. Please give me her memorial # so I can transfer my photo's there before deleting mine. Thanks.

I went to the Camas cemetery today and took photos of your Winiger family and posted them.
Click on the photos for any additional information I found. Maybe I know something you didn't :--)
I'm sorry the other photos did not get transferred and the other memorial did not get deleted. You may want to contact find a grave for help with that.

I'm not related to the Huyetts(most common spelling in this area where they settled from Germany), Exeter township, Berks, Pa. Many of the original family are buried at Schwarzwald cemetery near my home. I have done extensive research and photographing of the cemetery. The immigrant Jacob, spelled his name Huet in his will.

Welllllll -- all is not roses. Poor Charles is stuck in a corner with a big, heavy oak water stand in front of him. But you're welcome for what I could do. Still have to find George; he'll wait, I suppose. cb

|James Eugene Mincks||Abigail Mayhew-Smith|
I checked with the city cemeteries computer records for Woodland, and found no Abigail Smith is buried there. We even went through the handwritten burial books and found no one listed there either. They suggested that you might check with the Shelbyville, IN cemetery where her husband is. She might be buried with him instead of here in Iowa.
