I have been researching the Malone family through the mother Sarah Rice's side of things.
Anyway, I found the death certificate for Troy Malone on Ancestry.con and was wondering if you could add a few things.
born March 21, 1884 in Lawrence Co., OH
died June 1, 1950 in Russell, Greenup Co., KY
the death certificate says his usual residence is Ironton, Lawrence Co., OH.
Could you connect him to his parents for me?
Father is 48632278 William Samuel Malone
Mother is 48636442 Sarah Rice
Thank you so much for adding him to the Woodland Cemetery.
Yours in Flatwoods, Kentucky

Thanks for the information. I think I set it up from a listing of Veterans being buried at Woodland. I have deleted it and added a note to Linda's memorial in regards to his Spanish American War service.

Thank you Carol, you have found another mistake in the Woodland book. Thank you for posting the stone picture too. There are no doubt more graves that are listed in section 3 that have been moved to another location in the cemetery.
