Hello, I'm not sure why, but your photo of the cemetery is not showing up on my memorial. See Find A Grave Memorial# 88244924. Since it is not allowed to post other's photos, I wonder if you could add it to this memorial for me.
Your help is greatly appreciated.

Great to receive your message via Findagrave. I love this site and Ancestry.com for connecting with distant cousins. How has your Cakebread name come down to you? It's so rare in this country. My direct email is email@example.com. Thanks again for writing. Carol Bruner

Were you able to find the connection to your family you mentioned in your message to Dennis R Davis for memorial#63544181 ? I am a Munn decendant also looking for connections. I am related to Carol Ann Munn and her mother Eva G Vanderhoof Munn also in the same cemetery as Earl W Munn. I would appreciate any information you would like to share. I also have an Ancestry tree that may help you with connections. Please let me know.

Daniel Quigley is one of 14 children born to John P. & Lucetta Spong Quigley. My lineage goes up through Daniel's brother Jacob C. to Milton Daniel to Herbert Richard Quigley. I have a pretty extensive collection of names and dates for this family and will gladly share whatever you are looking for. They were in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania for the most part. Not sure what info you want. Feel free to email me at firstname.lastname@example.org

|DUVCW||FAIRPLAINS=G R OR SPARTA|
We are still trying to sort out the 2 cemeteries.
We have a list for Fairplains-Grand Rapids. The following are on it. Joseph Gillfillen, Henry D Hope, L E Mills & Chester D Walch.
They are also listed for Fairplains-Sparta. You have photographed Walch & Hope.
Do you live close enough to Sparta that you can check this cemetery. Would appreciate your help.

|DUVCW||HENRY D HOPE|
Thanks for the transfer.
We are trying to locate all 150 Civil War Vets In Fairplains Cemetery. So far we have 116.
Henry D Hope is one of our missing. Do you happen to know what section you found him in ?
If not, having his tombstone picture will make it easier to find.

You left a message back in May about Quigley memorial. I'm sorry; I'm inexperienced on using the reference # to locate a memorial & I have uploaded >300, so looking thru each one is quite time consuming. How do I find the referenced entry using the #? Or, who is it & I will gladly share info.

I think you might have this Civil War soldier in the wrong cemetery. I believe he is in Fairplains Cemetery in Grand Rapids not Sparta. I have additinal information on him.

Congrats on your luck at Fairplains! Don't ever worry about letting anyone down. You never know what you might be up against considering some stones are so old they aren't legible or they've fallen over or it might have disappeared over the years, literally sunken into the ground at times. Requesters should also realize that this stuff takes time and we do the best we can with the information provided by the families, the county and the cemetery operators. A lot of this hard work is pure luck. Take your time, don't be afraid to call cemeteries or go to their offices during business for help and tell them who you are and what you are trying to do to help ease their minds if they seem very curious about you. It always helps to be honest and proudly say that you are a Find a Grave member! I've had many sextons and county personnel who have asked me about the site and it's address. Good luck to you and your future work!
