My Alabama Roots
RE: Tissia Willis Smith
Thanks for replying. I've seen the first name spelled both ways also. Knew she went by Leona but never heard "Loney". Thanks again!

Tissia Willis Smith
No problem about wanting to keep her memory. I certainly understand. One question, her memorial spells her first name as "Tissia", but I have "Tussia". Do you know for sure that Tissia is the correct spelling? Just want to check before changing it. Thanks again for your consideration.

May I use the gravesite photo you posted on Tommie Martin's memorial? I would like to put it on her husband's memorial. If you would prefer to post it, rather than me doing so, his memorial number is 113991844.

Transfer of Memorial
Hi Soxie,
One more request for Spring Creek. Please transfer Susan Jane Wyatt Ingram #68745642 and her husband Terrell Ingram # 68745848 to me. My number is 46798182.

Susan is the sister to Ella Wyatt and daughter of my great-grandfather, David Young Wyatt.

Thank you,
Laura

transfer
Please transfer Ella Wyatt Crawford #68748000 and James Crawford #68748075 (Spring Creek Cemetery) to me. Ella is the daughter of my great-grandfather David Wyatt and I'm trying to link all my Shelby County Wyatts together. I would love for you to transfer any of them you may have contributed as I've found that all but about 8 of the Shelby County Wyatts are direct descendants of my 3x great-grandfather, William H Wyatt who is buried in Cedar Grove.

I know I've said this in earlier requests, but I really appreciate all the work you have done. It's very difficult for me to walk in these cemeteries and while I've done it in the past and taken photos, it's harder for me now as I have a neuropathy that makes walking on uneven surfaces difficult.

My # is 46798182.

Thank you,
Laura Higginbotham

RE: Beulah and James H McLane
Hi! At the time of my visit to the cemetery, the true name was the Ozley McLane Nabors Cemetery. My father, Tom McLane, and I both even took photos of the iron entrance to the cemetery bearing the name. I did not know that it had been changed and I thank you for steering me in the right direction!

RE: Beulah and James H McLane
So sorry for the late reply! I was unable to respond to any of my emails until now. When I first entered Beulah and James into the site, the cemetery where I found them was named the Ozley McLane Nabors Cemetery in Shelby County. But I do thank you for your response!
