Many thanks Bonnie for helping with that!
BTW, do you know how to delete a cemetery?
If so, help!

I've done the umbrella balancing act before : ) I am sure some of the markers in this cemetery have been cleaned, making a huge difference.
I am not related to this family. Hopefully a direct relative will find the memorials and adopt them. Thanks for all of your hard work, and for contacting me.

I posted additional photos to Charles C. and Elizabeth Harrison's memorials. Someone did a beautiful job cleaning some of the older markers in this cemetery. If you would prefer that I delete the additional photos, just send me a brief message and I will be happy to do so.

|BIRDMAN||Green Hill Photos|
Per you request, I took those photos down from the memorial. I also removed those from the spouse as well.
As for those "Crappy" pics I called out, I have had three people primarily go through cemeteries shooting the whole thing. two examples of what I refer to as crappy are Minnie & Bertha Cox in Green Hill.
Trying to put better photos has slowed down the amount of memorials I had previously been adding on a weekly basis. I have also replaced a few of mine as well.
I also want to say thanks for taking notice of my work on Findagrave. I hope all your searches for ancestors go well in this new year.

|Bonnie Morris Conrad||Kile Family in Hopewell|
Had a request for these graves and when checking realized you had more to add than I do and they were not close friends or relatives of mine. I like your style but hope you will add Death Cert# numbers etc to help those researching with documentation.
This family had been a mystery to me. Love Hopewell was born down the road and have so many family and friends buried there but never knew a thing about the Kile family. Thanks for filling me in a little. Looks like they moved on. Have a great New Year full of research and mysteries solved. If you ever need look ups for Morgan County have many books of hard copy including all cemetery records for all of Morgan. Thanks for all you do for Find A Grave.

|Myra Starling||Mulkey Grove Cemetery|
Hi Bonnie, my name is Myra Starling, I am currently checking & adding cemetery information that I have recently found in the "Saga of Southern Illinois) genealogical publication Jan-Mar. 1976 page 37 on the Mulkey Grove cemetery. The information found on this page states that the cemetery was at the time located on the Mary Harris Farm. There is information on these cemetery records such as the age of the deceased down to the month & day. The records also contain information as to the unit & infantry a person was in. These records states that the Perry Counth death records were used in compiling the information. If you would like for me to send you a copy of this page please send me an email to email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org.

Hi! Sorry I'm just now responding... But that is really cool that we were working on that at the same time. :) I have gone ahead and transferred Susan to you, since I'm not related at all.
Have a great weekend!

I believe I have made some of your requested additions. My maiden name is Carnahan, so when I had stumbled across Linda M Goodson on line Carnahan Newsletters. God Bless Linda M. Goodson for doing the newsletters and the person that put it on line to share. When I get a chance I will be going back to the site, crediting where the info. came from.
Thanks again for all your hard work taking the time to drive to this cemetery and whacking down trees/weeds to get these valuable pictures.

Well, you're welcome, and thank you too! I DO get it!! I find this to be very interesting work. It's a puzzle, but you don't just put it back in the box when you're done. It's preserving history, and it might be 30 years before someone goes looking for someone I have found, but it will be there :) I hope you have good luck finding your gr grandmothers stone. That would great if you can save it!

|DebRob||RE: Jasper Tate|
Thank you so much for your help. I appreciate you taking the time to get all the info for me! I also had a few laughs about the family tree, and then when I read your grandmas memorial, I had to giggle about the hats and her job at the hospital! I love her hat! Great pics of your grandparents.
I went ahead and listed Jasper 2 at Brooks Cemetery. I found Henry and Judith in Tate Cemetery in Pope County, Arkansas, so he is linked to his parents. Yay! I love to get the family members linked together, especially when they are in different cemeteries.
Thanks again for unraveling the mystery, and if I run into any more questions about the Tates I will remember who to ask! :)

Galatia IL, that is :)
Added by DebRob on Jun 07, 2013 9:43 AM
I was wondering if you would know about Jasper Tate from the Galatia area? I was just getting ready to list him in Brooks Cemetery, where I had taken a photo of his military headstone. Was doing a search for more info, found his death record that states he is buried at Tates Chapel. Sure enough, there is a memorial for him, and he has a stone there as well! I saw that you had posted a photo for him, so I thought maybe he was a relative and that you might have some info.

|Goddess||Frederick WiIlliam WIlliams|
Where did you find the reference on William Williams' biography?
'His father was, apparently, a prosperous slave owner. South Carolina records show Frederick was paid for supplies he provided for the Charleston Artillery Battalion, but we have not confirmed that he was a Revolutionary War soldier as some claim.'
I've been digging and cannot find this reference.
