|LKTL||Parmelia Mixon Dean|
Hi Bonnie, I've added the information to Paremlia's Memorial. She is not my relative but, my son-in-law's 4th Great-Aunt, whom we are helping with his genealogy. I'll gladly transfer her back to you. Let me know what works best for you.

I have found an obit for him, wondering how to get it to you w/out your e-ad. Some add as a photo, not really preferable.

5928218. Bonnie, why is the Edwards Cemetery cross referenced with Union Grove Cemetery? Am I confused? I have been working on this line but seeing it==the triple headstone is cross referenced makes me wonder. Is it in Edwards or Union Grove? Do you know? Thanks, Suzanne

|Krystal H.||Alice Fern White|
Hi Bonnie, I believe I know who Alice White's parents are. I was doing some research on my great grandmother's parents and found a birth certificate linked to their names. It was for a baby girl born on September 4th, 1916 in Upshur County.
Mother: Lillie Brown
Father: John White
Residence: Ashland, TX

James Cheek #34273517 ~ Yes, I'm related but not the required find a grave 4 generation. It's through marriage. I'm being honest about that. But I'm working with Jim's step daughter from his 2nd marriage after Lela died to get the correct info for him. I would really appreciate being able to maintain his memorial. She is also supplying photos for Jim and Lela. Thanks for your help.

I too am a Bonnie and related to your entries Mance and Sarah Vickers whose grandson married my Aunt.
Are you perhaps a member of this family also? If so I would love to learn more about them. Grandparents divorced when my mother was only 3 and my grandfather remarried into this family. Their three daughters are my mother's half sisters. Since my mother had no contact with her natural father after the divorce I know very little about this branch. Anything you can tell me would be greatly appreciated.

Bonnie I would have doubts that Betty Allen (FG#50312937) is buried at Noonday.
FG# 21365962 shows Betty J Dunn same birth date (except for year) and same exact death date, and shows as wife of Coyce Allen.

|Susan Bruffey Lehman||RE: Nelda Pearce|
I think hers was posted first, so I wrote to her telling her of my mistake, that I discovered her memorial when I checked to see all the Pearce's buried in the same cemetery. I suggested we combine the memorials, giving her credit for the obituary and letting her know that Nelda was married to my mother's brother, so am sure we will be able to work it out.
Thanks for your suggestion.

Located the marker today and there are a couple of discrepancies. 1) Her name on the marker is spelled Demmer and 2) Her date of birth is listed as Sep 28 1923. I also added her husband's marker.

|Susan Bruffey Lehman||RE: Nelda Pearce|
thanks a bunch!
I have she and her husband's biographies posted. Then I clicked on see all Pearce's in the cemetery and discovered another lady has posted just Aunt Nelda's obituary, nothing more, so now we have 2 Memorials for Nelda, what do you think we should do? I can write to her and let her know we did not know of her post and since they are my Aunt and Uncle she might "transfer" or just have me put her obituary that she found up as it has more information for the Memorial, your thoughts?

|Judy Gregg||A. A. Davis Memorial|
Thank you so much for your posting of A. A. Davis's memorial on Find a Grave. Since this grave is unmarked, there should be a correction. made on his birthdate. Ansolem A. Davis was born in 1829 not 1809. His death date is correct. Your work is greatly appreciated.

|Candyce Farris Dixon||Death Certificates removed|
Hi, Bonnie -
Sorry you were offended by the death certificates. They are just another important historical record that documents the place and date of burial, parentage, etc. You are the first person I've encountered that didn't appreciate the additional documentation. In any case, I respect and have honored your request. The two family members in question are my husband's cousins.

See where you are looking for photo for Noonday, I will be out that way Thursday if nothing happens but as big as it shows may be 2 weeks or more before I get all posted.

|Alta Mitchem Durden||Levi Henderson Ashcraft|
Thank you, indeed, Bonnie for the notice of "unmarked grave" of Levi Henderson Ashcraft. Am wondering if the grave of his wife, Elizabeth, is also unmarked? Could you post a photo of her marker, if she has one, and, if not; could you post a similar notice of "unmarked grave" for her?
I find it incredible, in view of his prominence in Texas history, that he does not have a marker. I believe he was born in Anson County, North Carolina.
