|Jayne Beers||RE: William Cook|
"Thank you for the additional information on William Cook, buried in Cook Cemetery, Williamsburg, In. I am interested in where you came across this second family of William's, and was it his first marriage. This cemetery is quite deep in the woods on the property of a friend who showed us the cemetery on a visit almost 3 years ago. Any other info will be apprenticed."
You're welcome. I have several sources that mention Rebecca Green as the wife of William Cook and my great aunt had a photo album that contained photos of some of William & Rebecca's children. My line descends from his marriage to Esther Denton. William is my GGGG-grandfather. My great-grandparents lived near the cemetery and I visited it for the first time about 20 years ago, when a cousin (unknown to me at the time) from Montpelier, IN had been working on her DAR certification and discovered that William was buried in the Cook Cemetery. She contacted a couple of people in Wayne County about making sure that his grave was marked with a Revolutionary War marker. This was in the newspaper and we got in contact and made arrangements to visit the cemetery together.
The main source for this that I have is a DAR account and certification document.

|Jim Pokorny||Thanks for the pictures|
Thank you for the great pictures of Frank's stone. It just seems like yesterday that I worked with him back in 1972-1977. He was fun to work with.

i think your assumption was spot on Perry...
I had hosted an Find A Grave member from Georgia, looking for family roots both there , in Sheffield, and in Suffield CT. She stayed with us for a week. We asked a local who happened by, the cemetery name and fear we were misled. i wonder how many other memorials are dups too? will have to check it out. thanks to you , and whomever alerted you, for picking up on this!

Find A Grave Memorial# 43860167:
You've posted two photos to this memorial and the one for Robert Willis Flournoy is labeled as Mary's husband. This is incorrect. It is her son.
Her husband is Robert Watkins Flournoy, born 1763. He is buried here: Find A Grave Memorial# 19475657

|Judi Slauson||RE: Wanda Fields (Ackels) Perry|
I have never heard the name Ackels in the family history,my mother in-law ( Wanda`s Cousin ) mention a couple of marriages and the lost of Wanda`s son as toddler and that she know she have been married at least a couple of time`s but it is without question Fredia Mcewen. My husbands family was the only McEwen Family in Monson at the time.I am unable to see the Image because I do not have a current subscription, while death records are an excellent way to find genealogy information the information is not a direct source. I have in the past found that when Names come up like this there is a real association to them . Just not always the one we think. This is interesting ,I will ask my brother in law if he knows of the name Ackels. TY

Thank you for the wonderful photos. You really outdid yourself and put a lot of effort into them and I greatly appreciate it. Jane, Elery's mother, was my GG Grandfather's mother. She abandoned him when he was 2, reason unknown, and then remarried and continued to have children. So this is his half brother.

|Donde||RE: Soloman & Jerusha Hart|
I tried sending this to private email but it bounced back so I am sending it here.
I am a few months late responding to your message of Nov. 20 2013. I would be glad to assume responsibility for Solomon (#54426913) and Jerusha (Beach) Hart's (#54426823 ) headstones. They are my 3 G Grandparents. I would want you to retain credit for entry and photographing the headstones.
Thank you for all your hard work! It's a blessing to have all those people listed, remembered, and available for family members to "connect" with.
