|amys||RE: Thank You...|
You're welcome, David, I'm happy to help in this way. I don't know if this is of interest to you, but in the same lot as Mary and James Patterson is a boy named Jonathan Patterson. He is on another face of that same headstone, I got photos of that as well. Take care, Amy

|Amanda Hepworth||Margaret McLachlan|
I am looking for the former Margaret Grondsma. I believe the wife of the former Alfred McLachlan is the same woman. My husbands grandfather is Denzil Hepworth who married Rosalie Grondsma. He was hoping to see how she was doing and if she was still alive. Is Margaret McLachlan still alive and do you know if she is the same woman that I am looking for? thanks

In case you hadn't noticed the notes on the cemetery page, I wanted to let you know that volunteers are willing to get your photo for you, but we are not able to get information from this cemetery. Please see notice posted by Findagrave below:
The cemetery has instituted a policy to not give out burial information to non-relatives.
Update, April 2012: This cemetery, Westminster Memorial Park, does not use computers to look up the grave information, they goes by the index cards.
They are not friendly to Find A Grave volunteers.
If you are making a photo request, it is best for you to call them at 714-893-2421, they will take the names you are requesting, your phone number and your name, and they will call you back in a few days or less to give you the grave location of this person you have requested for photos of the grave maker. Once you get the grave location, please update this memorial page with the grave location, then you can re-submit photo request.
Hope this information is helpful to you.

David as a relative from out of town, Restland will normally give you the burial location. Restland is a huge cemetery, over 550 acres and way more than 100 gardens. Without the Garden, section, block etc. no way to find them. Get me the location, I'll get your picture. Might suggest you not even mention picture. They get so many inquires, they get testy.

|Jeannieology||James Penfold - Find A Grave Memorial# 38739686|
My sister and I went to the Woerner Cemetery (as shown below) to take photos, and found James R, Benjamin, and MaryAnn's grave photos.
Of course, we were so sad to see 2 of the boys died on the same day, and perhaps Mary died 2 days earier..??
I was wondering if they were ill, or had a tragic fire..?? Or what happened to them...?? What happened to the parents?
I saw a very small stone that was close to the childrens gravestones with initials on the stone, but I could not read all the initials.. The first line that I could read said ... ___? F. P. the second line (that I could read) said P.
I thought at first they were smaller stones for Benjamin F. Penfold and James Penfold, but I cannot confirm that.
I could not read the small stone because there was another long skinny stone placed in front of the smaller stone (with the initials on it), so I could not read it. I don't like to touch the stones (for respect), and didn't want to pull the long skinny stone away from the other stone.
What do you think? Do you know about the death of these children? It made me so sad. Jeannie
