I just wanted to add a child's name to your information. My great grandmother was Julia Flora Justus and she was Alice and John Flora's daughter. She passed away in 1947 in Michigan. Not sure why it wasn't mentioned in her obit.Thanks.

I don't know if you are related to the McCrosky family or not but I am trying to find out more about Nancy's husband mentioned in her obituary. I am trying to find out what happened to him, when and where he is buried. Do you know anything about him? Maybe someone who reads this might have information. Anything would be appreciated. Thanks,

Mary Elizabeth Rupp was in my family and I am a little confused, in regard to the obit published in the Rochester News Sentinel. I don't know if you have a connection, but the confusion for me is her husbands' obit for Charles Frederick Rupp, says his wife was Mary Fugate, but the link to his wife shows Mary Elizabeth Conger Rupp. ? Was she married before? thank you, please respond

I see that you have done a lot of the Holder family memorials. I am wondering if you have any clue as to where Elvira Holder is buried?
BIRTH 31 MAR 1835 • La Porte County, Indiana, USA
DEATH 23 JAN 1911 • Argos, Marshall, Indiana, USA
She was married to William H. Cook and apparently Andrew Calhoun. If you have any idea I'd appreciate it!!

Saint Anne Cemetery is west of town. The Old Saint Anne Cemetery was used until the late 1800's. If I remember right, it is located near town towards Riverside Memorial Cemetery. It sounds like you and I live near each other. I'm between 17 and Monterey. Jan

Riverside is just east of town along the river. There are two other cemeteries both named St. Anne's (one old the other new). I live just a couple miles from Monterey.

I would be happy to delete my memorial but I have a couple of concerns. Are you sure we are talking about the same person? First, Deb has him interred in Monterey Cemetery but that is not correct. He is in Riveside Memorial Cemetery. She has created four memorials in a cemetery that does not exist. Second when I try to leave a message on Deb's profile it shows there is no record. Do you know if she is still active? Jan

|LisapDavis||Duplicates - Samuel J Lamb and Icy Pearl Garst|
There are duplicate memorials for Samuel J Lamb and his second wife Icy Pearl Garst and I am sending this to the managers of both sets:
Samuel J Lamb:
# 86409580 shows him buried at the Kewanna Citizens IOOF Cemetery with his second wife, Icy Pearl Garst #85234540.
# 25414077 shows him buried at the Rossville Cemetery with his first wife, Minnie May Potts. The photo of the stone says 'in memory of', so perhaps this is just noted on the grave of his first wife Minnie, and his actual burial is at the IOOF Cemetery.
Icy Pearl Garst:
#78626308 (linked to # 25414077), also with her second husband
Six of the seven children are linked to #78626308 and # 25414077), but one (Mary Lois Lamb Doug # 66028511) is only linked to # 86409580 and #85234540.
Can these be combined somehow?

Probably the best thing to do would be to put a note in the biographies of both. I'll type something up for my Uncle Luther; you can cut and paste it into Anna's, if you like.
I think if we have something explaining the circumstances, it would be best to leave the link, just in case it is correct. Perhaps some tidbit of info will surface in the years to come that will clarify everything.

Thanks for your reply. I've been checking high and low for a photo of Mr. Carr and hoped that by clicking photo someone would have one. I understand the policy better now. I do appreciate your note.

I believe Ella was either an illegitimate daughter of Effie Johnson (Nee Alley) or she was an adopted daughter of Effie and husband Wiley Johnson.

Thank you April, for your time and efforts. His death will remain a mystery to me and mine. His wife and children lived on in Fulton County, IN for the rest of their lives and some still reside there. I have found no mention of David Moon AT ALL, Only his daughter and her spouse and children. I hope that when I pass into the next life, that I am not totally forgotten.
Thank You Again,

My name is Leah Moon-Williams. My Ggg grandfather was a David Moon. I think this could be his headstone, Find A Grave Memorial# 82887803. I was wondering if anyone has done a rubbing of this stone or if one could be done. I know the records from back then are none or nil in most cases, but I would appreciate any help with this info.

This grave is actually across the road in the Richland Center Citizens cemetery, and a memorial has been made for it there.
