John Rowe and Frances James
Frances James (Memorial #75958133 was married to John Rowe, but the John Rowe (Memorial #111708507) was her son who was married to Catherine Kenney (Memorial #111708567). I don't see any information on for Frances James husband. Her husband, John Rowe is buried in the Union Cemetery, Meyersdale, Somerset County, PA. He was born Aug. 9, 1834 in Hetton, County Durham, England and died Aug. 14, 1911 in Meyersdale, Somerset County, PA. I have a copy of his death certificate showing he was buried in Union Cemetery on Aug. 17, 1911.

Robert Platt
Edward B. Spangler
I question this one as might be the same as the one at #137901970.

Edward B. Spangler, a veteran of the 133rd Reg. Pa. Vol., died Wednesday, Nov. 6, at his home in this place. He was born May 25, 1841, in Shade township, being a son of Mr. and Mrs Henry S. Spangler. On December 25, 1889, he was married to Miss Charlotte Swank, sister of Jewler J. D. Swank. THe couple had been living in Somerset for the past ten years. Mr. Spangler is survived by two brothers, Solomon, of Shade township, and Gabriel of Northhampton township, and by three sisters. Mrs. Calvin Ross, Mrs. Anna Frazier, and Mrs. William Custer, all of Sahde township. The funeral at 10 o'clock Friday morning was conducted by R.P. Adam Snyder
Just a heads up on Adam Snyder (memorial #52061759). Although the picture you have of Adam Snyder's headstone appears to say 1887, in fact he died in 1885. I have the newspaper article from the Somerset Herald (11 NOV 1885) written on his death as documentation if you would like a copy.

Michele Lee Biggs

Regarding -- Record added: Dec 21, 2012
Find A Grave Memorial# 102441559 -- Michele was born and died on the same date -- 19 Feb 1945. She lived just over 4 hours and passed due to a cerebral hemorrhage probably due to a fracture or pressure on the brain during the delivery (she was a frank breech presentation with rapid delivery of the after coming head). This is noted from her death certificate.

Thank you,

Great bio on Henry Critchfiekd, (Wife Sarah Miller Eifford), I also can't find a marriage relationship, but the death certificate for H milton Critchfield lists them as parents, which doesn't mean they were married but recognizing him as father.
Thank you,

Hi, Maggie!

You have interesting information written into the bio for my 3x great-grandmother, Mary Hunt Thomas! I am wondering where you got this information and if you have any documentation or information on my 3x great-grandfather, Charles Henry Thomas. Are you related to this couple?

I look forward to hearing back from you!

Maggie, I appreciate so very much the work you are doing through Find A Grave, helping others.
It is because of people like you that I am able to visit cemeteries. Because of age and health, I can no longer physically visit them. I hope you do not mind my making copies of your photos for my family files. I am trying very hard to get all of my families updated on Ancestry and Family Tree Maker so that my descendants and others may know their heritage. I have contacted over 200 that have graciously allowed me to use copies. Only two people on Find A Grave have been less than gracious to me. Thank you in advance. May God bless you in your work, helping others.

Maggie would you be willing to transfer Dr C J Stutzman (Find A Grave Memorial # 70199491) to me?
He was my 2nd great grandfathers, Christian J Stutzman's first cousin. Dr Stutzman was a lifelong bachelor and it would give me great pleasure to tend to his Find A Grave memorial. Sincerely Marci Kuan

RE: Stones
Google has usually been a Jewish thing to do for people visiting. Because flowers fade and die, the stone is a symbol of love that does not.
