Your great-grandfather is also buried at Mount Mora Cemetery. If you could scan that letter and send it to me, I would be glad to put it and any pictures of him in his bio at www.mountmora.org.
It would be nice to have a picture of him and his wife etc.

I need information on how you know that the Unknown Soldier buried in Mount Mora Cemetery died in Blue Springs, MO.
Perhaps killed by Quantrill's raiders at the same time as my GG Grandfather was killed.

Thank you so much for the headstone picture. It is such a shame that the city of Fulton let Pioneer cemetery get in such bad shape.

|Grace||Daniel Boone Burial Site and Monument|
Thanks for the wonderful photograph you posted on Daniel & Rebecca Boone's memorial at Old Bryan Farm Cemetery. The description beneath the photo says "Burks County, PA" - I believe you meant Berks County. The part of Berks County (near Reading) was part of Philadelphia County at the time of his birth and matches the inscription on the monument. Can you correct that?

Blair -- Thank you for attaching more readable pictures of aging grave stones to the memorials of Pasleys buried in the Bachelor Cemetery. Your efforts will most definitely help future generations of Pasleys as they delve into discovering Pasley family history.

I help Laverne Taulbee at the Platte County Historical Society, and this is all I can find. We have a 1866 list of Missouri Militia, but no Pulley names.

Cuz, Are you familiar with Ancestry.com When I get home this evening I will send you an invite to view my family tree. All I have on Lavina's sibilings is a few names. Haven't had time to do any more research. I do know they are related to the Pomeroy's. It was late and I didn't have enough time to really look at your virtual cemetery for the Carmichael's, will do that this weekend.

We found the tombstone for Clifford and will be uploading the photo but there were 3 tombstones next to his. Faye M Carmichael b. 1889 which perhaps is still among the living since no death date.
Also there was 2 others that you may want to add memorials for and we have taken the photos if you do a photo request.
Leonard Carmichael 1886-1956 amd
Nell Hurley Carmichael 1891-1964.

Dear Family, I went in search of your request for Lottie's grave today. I found the monument for her children, but sadly nothing for her. I checked the cemetery record book, but no marker in that location. I am sorry, i was hoping I could help you. I do live here in Joplin. I would be happy to try again if you need me.
