Yes that is me! I belong to the genealogy society and it was one of our projects to put all of the names of all the Hillsbourough County Cemeteries on Findagrave. I work night shift as a nurse, so in my down time, I can do Findagrave stuff. I try to go to the cemetery after work so I can do the photos from my Iphone at work. Terri (Chihuahua Lover)

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for these photos. My wife and I traveled to Florida last February to find JD's final resting place after getting the location from the cemetary only to be devestated when all we could find was his fathers grave. The earth next to his fathers site was disturbed with no grass or marker present. I don't know what happened but his memorial had obviously been removed for some reason. We have pictures of the site at that time. Unfortuately, I returned to Minnesota with only the feeling that I had tried to visit an old comrade in arms but was unable to complete what I had hoped to achieve. You have completed it for me. It is nice to know that people like yourself still exist. God bless you.

Thank you very much for taking the photos of the headstones and the area. I hope you don't mind if I use the same photos on Ancestry.com.

Donna,
Thank you for pointing out the date error on his site. I had transcribed it wrong in my database also...oops. It helps for others to catch my mistakes :).
Thanks for your help,
Leigh

Donna; Thanks for leaving the note on my Aunt Rubye's Find A Grave page. She was truly one of a kind. The world would be a better place if there were more people like her.

I'm waiting on information from Sunset Memory Gardens on the location where Robert was laid to rest.
As soon as I get the information I will go to the cemetery to take pictures and then post them to you.

RE: Hambright Graves
Hi Donna,

I apologize for the delay in getting back to you on your questions about Helen Dean. I did ask my Mother but she didn't remember much.
I checked Branchville Cemetery to see if Helen Dean was buried there and confirmed she was. There is a photo of her marker showing her name as Helen Louise Dean. Born 7-27-1934 Died 10-23-2005. Unfortunately there is no other info. This confirmed that she is one and the same as my Mother's best friend during her teens. Mother knew her as Louise. There are other Deans listed in the cemetery.
Since my Mother has Dementia she just doesn't recall very much about Helen Louise Dean. I wish I could tell you more. If I learn any helpful info I'll pass it on to you.
Blessings,
Rita Goss

RE: Hambright Graves
I talked to my Mother about Helen Dean but she does not remember her. My Mother's friend was Louise Dean. Perhaps they were sisters or cousins. Unfortunately my Mother's memory is fading fast and she don't recall any helpful information. I'm so sorry, wish I could help.
Blessings,
Rita

*** What a small world we live in !!*** I believe that the Helen Dean that you are asking about was my Mother's best friend when they were young. My Mother has dementia and is currently in a nursing home. She still remembers things that happened long ago so I'll check with her on my next visit and let you know what she remembers.

Blessings,
Rita

RE: Hambright Headstone
So glad I could help. I took pictures of most of the Hambright graves at Bethel. There were a couple of photos that I need to retake. I also have several photos of Hambright graves that are not listed on findagrave.com so I plan to add them later today.
My Mother grew up on Sanie Road and knew some of the Hambrights. Small world, huh?
Have a blessed day,
Rita
