Victoria Carlina Acree Altman (#42330708)
Paul, I walked Clearview Cemetery with the owner (my neighbor), and the records don't show Victoria buried anywhere. Based upon your notes, I took a wide photo of Frank & Flora Acree's plot, so you could see there's no headstone nearby. I don't know if that's proper, however, it may help with closure. Pell Cemetery is difficult to get to, and I don't think she's buried with her parents.

Extended McKillop Family
Hi! I'm researching my husband's family. His gr grandmother was Margaret McKillop Knox, wife of Robert S.Knox. I was wondering if your line of Daniel McKillop's are cousins or distance relatives of my husband's . Please let me know if you have any info on a reltionship. I just found out tonight that Margaret's parents were James Sr. & Mary Wyper McKillop.

Thanks,
Andrea Jenkins

RE: Amos C. Williams
Hi Paul,

I'm glad the information on Amos's service in the Civil War was acceptable to you to add to his memorial. I am not a direct descendent of Amos but I believe he is in someway related. In the 1850 census he and Isaac Williams his brother are listed under my gt gt gt grandfather Alfred West. Alfred's son George W. West was married to Martha Ann Williams by gt gt grandmother. I believe they may have been younger brothers of Martha Williams. At some point Amos and Isaac went along with George and Martha and their children to McLean county, IL., where George and Martha lived for 13 years, prior to returning to Clay County, IN. Isaac remained in McLean county where he died after also serving in the Civil War in an Illinois Regt. Amos also returned to Indiana, date unknown, and his grave and the memorial you created are in Indiana. Thanks again for creating this memorial and maintaining it.

All the Best....Mike

Paul. Good afternoon! I have a picture of what I believe is the extensive Kalber family. There are two individuals in the front whom I believe could be our Herman and Agnes, however I have no pictures of either of them. I was wondering if you could help? my email address is cka1ber@gmail.com or kalberfamilygenealogy@gmail.com

Send me a quick email so I can have your address and I will shoot the photo over. Also, if you have any photos of Aunt Agnes and Uncle Herman, I would love to be able to see them!!

Thank you very much in advance!!!!

Re: transfer of memorial #76991133

Very understandable! Thank you for taking the time to get back with me! My fathers Grandpa was George Frederick Kalber - brother to Herman Kalber.

My father passed away in 2008 and with him went all knowledge of the family. Since then i have been trying to piece together the family tree. I have a pretty good one put together thus far on Ancestry.com and would love to invite you to the tree if you are a member at ancestry.

Also, would you happen to have any photos of Herman or Agnes? or possibly anyone else from that line? I have found a really large Family Portrait of what I believe is the extended "Kalber Family" however the only individuals I know in the picture are my Grandfather George L. Kalber, his mother Melissa (stuck) Kalber, my grandmother Cleo I (balch) Kalber and my father Terry Lee Kalber.

My email address is cka1ber@gmail.com - I would love to continue the discussion! :) Thank you very much for your time and everything you do!

Acacia Park Cemetery Photo Request
Hello - I work near the Acacia Park Cemetery in Chicago, where you have a photo request, and I can easily stop by anytime. However the cemetery office has a policy to only allow me two location lookups per visit, so with over 100 requests, I am making graves with plot information my priority. If you would like me to add a photo, I would ask that you call the office (773-625-7800) for a location and add it to the listing. Thanks!

RE: Goshen
Okay yea I got all of that stuff on my family so no need to send. I was a little suprised of the find of Charles chambers have you been in contact with someone that was researching Goshens that found that or did you just stumble upon it. I have never connected with Josephine's line after she moved to Ohio

I am curious how you are related to the Goshens I have done generations worth of research. I noticed you posted Charles Chambers grave photo this is the one line of all of my great grandfathers siblings that I have been stuck on for years. Charles was my great grandpa and Orville sr and Orville jr my grandpa and dad.

RE: P.S. Martha (Williams) Parker
Hi Paul,
Interesting enough I am not related to this Parker family, through the Parkers but rather through the Rippeths. If I have done my research correctly Martha Ellens Husband Dora watson is a brother to Elizabeth Ann Parker who married Franklin Lee Rippeth and at some point moved to Ohio. They had several children but Harley Charrington Rippeth is my great grandfather on my mothers side.
Interesting information regarding Frogtown. When I was putting the information into the family tree it accepted Frogtown as a place.
Something else interesting, I live in Putnam County just a short drive away from that area, I go thru frequently.
Please let me know if I have my facts right.
Rob Parker
