Yes, the plot number is C140. I confirmed that it was an unmarked plot with the family that takes care of the cemetery. They were at Oakwood the day I was there.

RE: Crystal Lake Cemetery--Fish Family
I have posted the photos for your benefit. You may do what you like with them. I do have a question, though. How is it that 3 people are buried in one space? The stone was not marking 3 spaces. It is in a section of the cemetery with WWI veterans and the neighboring spaces also have markers. Do you know if they are all in one space?

It is nice to see you here and see you uploaded Cordelia's headstone. I joined 6 years ago, but I never did much besides look for specific names now and then. I'm trying to do a complete recreation of all my direct ancestral couples back as far as I can define graves for them. I am happy to see a lot of stuff added already by people like you. Thanks.

RE: Saint John Street Cemetery
Same Cemetery, Lewis. The cemetery is listed twice, as the "Saint John Street Cemetery" and the "Old Cemetery on Saint John Street." There really is no separation between the "old " part and the new part. I am going to try to get these two merged. Some of those old Gertrude Barber transcriptions that are supposed to be in the old part are actually in the newer part. You could make the listings in either one, but like I said there isn't any separation between the two and I hope to get them merged. I would like to try to photograph the older part, but at this point that will probably have to wait till spring.
