New "Automated" system for "Suggest a Correction/Submit an Edit"
New System for Memorial Edits deployed by FindAGrave on 12/5/2013
Go to your Contributor/Profile page.
Look in the upper right corner. You should now see a tab called "Edits" - check there to see if any have been submitted to you.
Then just review and accept.
Way easier for doing updates to names / dates / places / plot #s.
You still will get e-mails to add info to bio section or do linking.

What is the inscription of Mary Meehan's tombstone. I am uncertain if her and her husband are the parents of my great-great grandfather Patrick John Meehan (1850-1923) and cannot make out what the inscription is on the photo.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Hello, I don't know if you can help with this but.... I think you did the photography for the head stone of Mary Beulah Nee Lewis Peck. She is buried with her husband who died in 1945. I am thinking she is my Grandfathers 2nd wife. But my Grandfather's last name is Goings. I am wondering if she is the right person I am looking for. I am wondering if he was buried next to his 1st wife and she was buried next to her 1st husband. And I am thinking it's because their plots were bought when their spouses died. I tried to go to the link for the woman who put this on Find A Grave, but there is no where to ask her these questions. So I am hoping you might have an answer or at least somewhere I can continue my search! Thank you.

I have added the photo for Robert. His burial info is VET 27-2-4. It is noted that although Robert died in March, 1974, he was not buried at Holy Cross Cemetery until May 4, 1974. This is per the cemetry office.
Robert is buried at the base of the memorial for veterans. I took extra pictures of his marker and the reading of the memorial. I would be glad to send to you if you like.

James and Maurine O'Neal are buried in Circle H, lot 41. He was buried 23 June 1964. The cemetery directory listed him as a WWI veteran. Curiously, their headstone is engraved exactly the same on both sides, except that the names are switched to show exactly where each of them lies. (James and Maurine on one side, on the other Maurine and James.)
Thought you might like to add this info to their memorial. Best regards.

I just happened to notice your request for this one had been hanging out there for a while and before I became a member. The cemetery is only a few miles from me. Let me know if you have any others.

How observant of you! You are very correct and I appreciate you pointing this out to me. I have made a mistake. The grave photo of J.A. Mavity at Mt. Pleasant Cem. belongs to JOSEPH A. MAVITY. I have created a memorial for him. James Archibad Mavity is wrong and I will delete it.
Thanks for adding the other memorials. Let me know if you don't have the J.A. Mavity photo any more. Thanks, An

|Sandra Nokes||RE: Mary Beulah Peck / Lewis|
It looks like maybe the Hart guy might have been her first husband. Maybe he died or was killed in the war or something and then she met my Grandfather, they married and when he passed away, he was buried with my Grandmother, and Mary was buried with her first husband. I know they would buy family group plots when someone died so the other would already have their spot when they died. It's very confusing. I e-mailed the lady who put her on Find A Grave. But I think if she had more she would have posted it.
Thank you for your efforts on my behalf. It is nice to have all the family accounted for and it's not an easy job to do!

|Sandra Nokes||Mary Beulah Peck / Lewis|
Find a Grave notified me that you found Mary's grave and there is the photograph! I am a little confused because Mary Beulah Peck was married to my Grandfather, William Edgar Goings. I don't know a lot about Beulah, only what the family has sad. That my Grandfather divorced my Grandmother, and married Beulah and they moved to Colorado. I know my Mom went there several times to visit.
What I have on her is a Birthdate of August 8, 1893 in Kentucky, and a death date of Feb. 14, 1985.
Do you have any other information on her?
Thank you for finding her.

Thank you so much for taking the picture of my great grandfather's tombstone. I live in Colorado and would never have been able to get that picture. Question, what does it say on the tombstone? Can't read it. Thanks again.

|Wil Stafford||Mullin in Mount Olivet|
Believe it or not there were 2 Anna Mullin that are buried in Mount Olivet in 1959. Your's has Nelle buried next to her. The other is buried with 3 other Mullins, John, Michael, and Mary. If you would create a memorial for Nelle and open a photo request, I'll gladly take care of it. If you want to create memorials for the other 4, I wouldn't mind. I am not working on Mount Olivet's 100,000+ people yet. Just photos of them when I'm free.

James Riordan is buried next to Nora. If you would, create a memorial for him and open a photo request and I'll fulfill it for you.
