Just curious if your John Wilson, buried in Stamm cemetery, is related to my Gilbert Wilson, buried in Brown cemetery in Mill Hall?

Only that we both enjoy stepping back briefly into the past to know a little more about our ancestors. I was looking for some of mine and I happened to find one of yours. I don't like to waste obits, etc. so I put them om findagrave. I saw that you were a direct ancestor -- and If the shoe were on the other foot, I would sure want to know. Good hunting!

Thanks for the info, Their memorials have been updated. Do you know the german town this branch of Krimms are from? I suspect they're related to my Krimms but haven't been able to find a link yet. My Krimms are from Partenstein, Bavaria. -Chris

I really appreciate the info on Arthur!
I am also extremely grateful for the cemetery pics!!! I am tearing up right now.
God bless you for this; it is so hard for me to commute to NJ to record the lives of my ancestors, especially with the economy being what it is.
I can't thank you enough!

|Lisa Smith||RE: Arthur B Thornhill|
That's strange..Beecher Thornhill had a brother named Arthur Thornhill who was born about 1881.
The only death I know of from 5 Feb 1952 was that of Richard Thornhill.
Richard Arthur Thornhill, son of Cornelia & Beecher, died in Greensboro, NC in a car accident on 5 Feb 1952. He was 36 years old when he passed away and had a wife & four daughters. His body was returned to New Jersey & interred in the family plot. The Montclair Times placed his obituary and photogragh in their 14 Feb 1952 issue of the paper.
Please disregard the photo request for Arthur B. Thornhill, I'll delete the memorial I submitted to you now.
Thanks a million.

Wow! I wasn't expecting to hear back from you this soon...what a pleasant surprise. I had added 4 memorials for Robert & Raymond Smith as well as Richard & Arthur Thornhill. There are actually 5 photos I'm interested in obaining pics for:
1. Robert Smith (buried with wife Christina)
2. Raymond V. Smith
3. Richard Thornhill (if he has gravestone)
4. Clarence W. Brown - (1901 - 1960)
5. Richard Brown - (1874 - 1944) --Richard may be buried with 2nd wife, Lelia M. Brown.
Clarence & Richard are in the same plot.
Okay, those are the only burials I really, really want to see! ;)
Thanks for everything!!
Let me know if there are burials in VA you'd like photos of...

Quick question about the Thornhill grave...The stone with the name E. Helene Foggo Thornhill that you posted for me is very intriguing. Let me get this straight, Beecher & Cornelia Thornhill are buried under a gravestone that reads E. Helene Foggo Thornhill? Yet there is no one by the name E. Helene Foggo Thornhill in the burial files at Glendale?
Wow! That's crazy!! ;)
I appreciate your offering to return there for me to photograph more stones. It's no rush but whenever you're back on the property I'd definitely be interested in obtaining photos for the following relatives at Glendale:
1) Raymond Vane Smith (1921-1968, a WWII veteran buried in Row#P,lot 30 of Laurel section)
2) Robert Eugene Smith (1920-1993)buried in Fairmont Block B, Row 12 lot 97)
3) Richard Thornhill (1915-1952) --- buried next to Cornelia & Beecher in Mt Vernon section.
Thank you again.
