photo error
Cindy

I found a photo error that you could clear up.

I'm researching the St. Jospeh's Catholic Cemetery in Westphalia Mo.

You have a photo posted on the main cemetery page, and it IS of the St. Joseph's Cemetery, BUT there are TWO Cemeteries in Westphalia.

The photo you have posted is for the OLD St. Joseph's cemetery. The cemetery page is devoted to the NEW St. Joseph's cemetery. The photo you have posted is for the cemetery between the Church at the top of the hill and the highway, not the new cemetery.

I went there today and catalouged all of the graves in the old cemetery and now need to set up the page and add the gravestones.

Cartwright family in Minnesota....
I noticed that you only have 4 memorial pages and that three are for members of the Cartwright family in Deer River, Minnesota. I was wondering if you are related to them, as my mother's sister Marie (Kossow) Evans was Leroy Cartwright's second wife. Just curious since I am only now learning about a lot of the members of her side of the family that I never met growing up.

It seems that most of all the pictures that I have for the names that you listed are posted. I will continue to search the ones that I have that are not posted. I have over 4000 pictures just of markers for burials in this cemetery. I do know that there are a lot of graves in this cemetery that dosen't have makers placed on them.
Went you visit the cemetery on your trip there, you might want to go early atleast before noon, the office hours there are limited,I am thinking either 8 to 12 or 9 to 1.

You are welcome. It does take sometime to take and post pictures for the memorials.
I have taken pictures of all the markers in this cemetery and of the ones in Ghent Consolidated (Masonic) Cemetery. As of now I have about 15,000 pics to post. If you let me know or request a photo of the markers you are searching for, I will try to get them all posted.
Enjoy your trip to Kentucky, happy and safe traveling.

Elston Cemetery Photos
I sure appreciate your time & effort in getting the tombstone photos in Elston posted for me. This family is in my direct ancestral lineage and I've "looked" for them several years. You've sure helped get my lineage documented.
Thanks,

Elston Cemetery, Chambers
You've done a super job in getting these photos for me. The one that mention of Elias & Susan Chambers are the parents of Theodor Elias Chambers. I'll get their pages set up--I have no information, other than their names, so please add them.

Ellia Bell Walser--12/10/1877--10/28/1923 is supposed to be buried in Elston--don't know if she has a tombstone or not. I'll appreciate your checking. I'm wondering if this is Elvira (Ella) Walser--I have no dates.

These are the only Chambers that I have any information about.
Many, many thanks,
Leaton Clark
