RE: Nola Valentine
That Nura was a mis type, but I thought you would see that the number I gave you was for Bura. Both of them are your memorials so It should be obvious that they should be linked.

Warren Valentine
I still have no clue about what you are doing. Was so simple to do it the way I asked. You still have a Warren Valentine and a Timothy Warren Valentine which is the same person. So one of them needs to be deleted. I spent 24 days and many hours correcting the cemetery and it is really accurate except for the fact that you still have two memorials on this same guy. You are the manager of both of them so it is easy for you to fix it. I still think you are doing it backwards. I am through with the cemetery so if you want to leave a duplicate after all this work then that is your choice. Thanks, Ralph

RE: B. C. Knight
Clem the tombstone is very hard to read at the the top, but the bottom pretty clear. It says BC knight with birth and death dates the agree with the memorial and at the very bottom it says son of James and Martha Knight.

RE: Lydia Ann Brunetta Clegg
Since you are not related, I would be happy to have her transferred to me. She was my 1st cousin 3 times removed; the niece of my great-great grandfather. Thanks for the transfer.

George Alexander m. Nancy Akins?
George Alexander, Revolutionary War soldier, born in Culpeper County, VA was the husband of Mary Tinsley of Culpeper County, VA.....their parents were neighbors. George and Mary Alexander moved to Wilkes County, GA, which became Elbert County, GA; they had lots of children....10 in fact.....two sons were named William and 1 son was named George Alexander. This George married Elizabeth Cash.

George's brother William Alexander and his wife Franky Rucker Alexander also moved to Wilkes County which became Elbert County, GA. William Alexander had a son named George Alexander who married Nancy Akin, daughter of Joseph Akin, by 1797 when George Alexander was given his wife Nancy's legacy from the Joseph Akin Estate in 1797, 1798, 1799.

I am curious about the other wives of George Alexander or if there are any other George Alexanders in these 2 generations.

Thank-you,
Mary MacDougall
researching in Elbert County. Thanks for your time and efforts.

Rev. Joseph Jasper Bristow
Hi Clem:
I found that you had posted Joseph Bristow as being buried at Bethabara Cemetery in Ohio County, Kentucky. In researching for two other individuals that are buried at Bethabara Cemetery I discovered that Bethabara Cemetery is actually located in Daviess County, Kentucky and that Rev. Joseph Jasper Bristow has been posted to Find A Grave as being buried there. I believe that your Joseph Bristow and the one in Daviess County is one and the same. Also there is extensive information posted to his memorial which I believe will be helpful to you. If I can be any help to you, please let me know.

Charlotte T. Brown McDowell
Clem, you own the memorial for Charlotte McDowell in Spring Hill Cemetery in Hempstead Co. AR.
Mem # 28889707
I have for some time a photo request for the marker if one could be found. Just recently, I received an email that stated the cemetery was searched and there was no marker. The email (from Find a Grave) also stated the marker could be found in the Bethany Cemetery in Hempstead Co. I can not (by Find a Grave) regulations create a duplicate memorial for Charlotte in this other cemetery. However, if you move your memorial to Bethany or transfer the memorial to me. We possibly could find a marker. My member number is 46903838 and Charlotte is my great-great-grandmother. You and I know each other from years ago. I believe we met during a visit with Annette Oswald who I think was Charlotte's great-grandaughter.
Thanks, Bill McDowell 404-906-1598

Cornelius
Thanks so much for putting the Cornelius Cemetery on Bob Wade Lane on Find-A-Grave! I am the great, great, great, great granddaughter of Rowland and Eleanor Cornelius. I knew generally where they should be buried but thanks for pin pointing it. (I think this area was where Eleanor lived. Have also heard it called the Cooper farm.) Thanks again

Sarah Melton
Hi Clem,

Thanks for your patience. I think most of that information has been reported in "Samuels and Knox". My reference to a Bible was to the Obediah Meador Bible. Anyway, thanks for the info. Oh...you never answered my question as to whether that was an "M" middle initial on her gravestone. It's kind of hard to tell by looking. Did you take the picture yourself? Thanks!

Nedra

I know that was her grandmother's maiden name, but I was wondering if you have any proof. I've never seen it in any documents, etc. Even the Bible record says "Janey"

No problem! Can I ask you about Sarah (Meador) Melton, wife of William Melton? Can you tell me where the middle name of Mobeley came from? Is it possibly on the probate records there in Navarro County? Am I seeing an 'M' (middle initial) on her gravestone?

Dupes
It happens. Sometimes there is a computer glitch and it dupes itself and you never even know it. I remember when I found a slew of dupes I'd made when I first started, I thought I'd lost my mind! I was quite relieved when I could blame it on the site.

Thanks!

Re: Myrtle Marie Johnson
Memorial #32626948-for Myrtle Marie Johnson and memorial #32626853 for her husband Thomas Napoleon Johnson-in Shady Grove Cemetery in Jones County, Mississppi. You also have Thomas Napoleon Johnson listed in Hickory Grove Cemetery in Jones County under Memorial #32628104

Another person has Myrtle listed in Lake Park Cemetery in Jones Cty, Mississippi under memorial @89768109

Are these 3 cemeteries all the same cemetery. If not, could you tell me which cemetery is correct for this couple.

regards, Mary Beth Marchant
