RE: Gourneau
I think it's wonderful that you're taking on such a project. My mother is a Malaterre, so we have quite a few family members buried in St. Ann's. My great-grandfather, Ernest Bradford, is buried there, as well. He doesn't have a grave marker. I asked my mom a few years ago about placing one and she told me that no one is certain where Grandpa Ernest was laid to rest. She mentioned that the cemetery records were a mess. I live in Texas, so I haven't been able to visit Belcourt to find out for myself. If you happen to come across any Bradford family members while you're sorting out St. Ann's, could you let me know? I would be SO grateful. As far as I know, Grandpa Ernest is the only Bradford family member interred there.

Great-grandpa Ernest Bradford was married to my great-grandmother, Amy Malaterre. Grandma Amy's mother was Cecelia Gourneau, who was married to Louis Napoleon Malaterre. Perhaps your daughter-in-law and I are distantly related?

Grandma Amy and the rest of the Bradford relations (that I know of) are buried in Saint Louis in Dunseith. Anyway, sorry for the long message. Thank you again for all of the SACs you've sent! Again, if you would like any transfers, please let me know.

RE: Sullivan
I think only the Social Security Application says 13 SE 1914. Maybe whoever filled it out had the birth year wrong.

I couldn't find any marriage record between Gladys (my cousin) and Freddie, but it just looks like it would be common sense that they were man and wife.

RE: Joseph Zerr
i have another question for you. My uncle died last December-- was to cold to bury him in Lisbon, ND last year

We are looking to bury him in the Newman plots
but we are getting some conflicting information on how many are owned by Newman and how many are owned by my late Grandfather Oliver Nelson

Any information or anyone we could contact would be helpful.

Kerry

Brent Thank you for the corrected information. I felt sure Zola was in Kadoka after reading the obituary but was not sure on Rex even though I had a strong feeling about it. Will attempt to get the memorial manager to delete Zola and move locations on Rex. I appreciate your efforts on this. Peggy

RE: Rowe Family
I live in Wayne Township, Fayette County, not too far from the Rowe Cemetery. There are several Shepherds still in Wayne Township. Not sure how they are related, but there is a family that lives on the road behind us. Their children and my children went to school together. If I can help you with anything, let me know!

Mathew McDonna
Hello Brent,

Well you can not ask for a better instant satisfaction to an edit request than you just provided. The McDonna family are distant relatives of mine from Peoria County Illinois and hopefully I will be able to track down a few more thanks to you and others creating memorials.

Take Care,

Mike

Hey

Thanks for quick update on the edits. But I skipped a generation. I resubmitted the correct links on the DeWitt twins parents. So sorry.

Thanks and have a good week,
