Error in the last message
Ooops. Made an error by not changing the memorial number in my template on the last message. It would be appreciated if you deleted it. Have repeated it below with the correct link.

Was looking for parents for Elizabeth (Bradford) Smith this morning and the census and obituary records led me to John M. Bradford as her father and Sarah Elizabeth (Hopkins) Bradford as her mother. The latter being your memorial.

I was curious about what appears to be your linking of Sarah to John, but not Sarah's children to John. Was wondering if there was an issue about John's memorial being the correct spouse of Sarah?

I have no doubt that your memorial is the correct one for Elizabeth's mother.

Bill Bourbeau
Dorcas Frost (123150196)

It's very possible that a headstone for her no longer exists. There are remnants of stones in at least two Frost lots. I'm having difficulty locating a death record for her. Could you help me with that?

sandy hopkins
Hello I am Sandy Hopkins
My father was Lonny Philip Hopkins born in Nunda New York 1954. He was in the military and passed away in 1976. I would love to find any family at all. My mother passed in 1996. I am 37 years of age now. She was Turkish, he met her whilst in the service. I have never met the Hopkins side of my family. I know he had an aunt Barb and Uncle Harold. would love to know more about the heritage. and maybe find some cousins? <3. Happy Holidays to you all.

please feel free to email me.

I have copied your information to FLORENCE MAY GILLETT HOPKINS memorial.

I wish my husband had known this information about her, sounds like she lived life to the fullest.

Have a great weekend.

Thank you for transferring this fellow to me. I have been working on this HOPKINS family for over 40 yrs. I have yet to PROVE that he is actually descended from John Samuel & John Quincy ADAMS as recorded in his obituary. And the search goes on......

Added by Nadine Gauthier Heppell on Nov 26, 2013 9:06 AM

Also, I wanted to mention I am descendent of Stephen Hopkins (Giles/Constance).

RE: Timothy Nolan Hopkins
Why hello there Lee!

I just read your message about Timothy Hopkins and the genealogical work he did. I know that his wife, Mary, was heavily involved in comprising Mayflower desendents. I would love any copy or information of Timothy's! How, if you don't mind me asking, did you come into possion of them?

Thank so much,
Catie Stephens

RE: James MADISON Hopkins, Sardinia Cemetery
Hi Lee
I'll have to look back at my records to see where I got the "madison" from. Thanks for the website suggestions.

You seem to be an "expert" on the Hopkins family so maybe you can help me? I am looking for a David Hopkins, born 1795-1810 in New York. He married Barbaray nee: Unknown. They had 4 children; David, Roxania, John and Sophronia.

By 1850, Barbary has remmarried Jacob Hopper and they are living in Holland, NY. David & Barbary's eldest child (that I know of); David was born in Cattaraugus County, so I am guessing that the family was from that area.

Do you have any information on this family? Any leads or info would be really appreciated (:

RE: James MADISON Hopkins, Sardinia Cemetery
Hi Lee
I have a book from 1883 that was given to me by my grandfather called "History of the Original Town of Concord, Collins, N. Collins & Sardinia". There is a short bio on the Robert Hopkins family and his children that came to Sardinia. Didn't see James Madison there, but are you interested in the other Hopkins names?
