|Philip Richmann||I have information on the children of Virginia Maarie (Marcum) adkins and Dennis Adkins|
I have been looking for my ancestors and I came across your site. My Grandmother, Betty Jean (Adkins) Richmann was born around 1934 in Logan County WV. Her sister, Nancy A. (Adkins) Cliff was born Feb 18, 1931 in Logan county WV to parents Dennis and Marie (Marcum) according to her obituary.
I am seeking any additional information of family links that you can provide.
My Grandmother was married sometime in the late 1950's to Samuel Alrich Collier, who I also can't find any info on. My father was born Sep 30 1957. My grandmother re-married and my father was adopted, changing his name to Richmann. That's all I know.

|Daphene Richard||Solomon C. Mullins|
Norm, Today (July 14, 2016) I have been working on connecting some of the Mullins family members to each other. I believe that in the Ward Cemetery, Cedar Grove, WV. are the parents of Solomon C. Mullins Jr. His brother Patrick M. Mullins is buried in Montgomery Memorial Park, London, Kanawha, WV. What led me on this adventure is that I was trying to find the parents of infant Charles Patrick Mullins who is buried in Ward Cemetery. The parents of Charles Patrick Mullins was Harry E. Mullins and V. Pauline Barker Mullins. Thought perhaps this would help you also. Daphene Richard

|Belinda Elkins||Merlin Spears Memorial|
The memorial write-up states the following:
"Note: Mabel, Cecilia's sister, married Barb Donald Spears, Merlin's brother."
The sister who married Barb Donald was Madge, not Mabel. Callie Mabel Sergent was my maternal grandmother.
Barb Donald Spears and Madge Sergent married on the 29 Dec 1919 in Lincoln County.
Siblings of Merlin's wife Cecilia were as follows:
Virgie Lee, Desta Mae, Madge E., Madison D., Cecilia Celesta, Callie Mabel, Edna, Walter Howard, and Louis Jackson.

Norm I just left a public message but it came up alongside other messages that were totally irrelevant to Larry E Vance so I don't know if you got it or not. I am far removed relative o Larry (2d cousin of wife of 1st cousin 2x removed) but am curious as I was also stationed at Ft Carson in Dec 1970 where he died. What was cause of death at such an early age? I hope it was not from Vietnam wounds but if it was is he on the wall and if not we need to get him on it. Contact me at email@example.com

|Barbara Baldwin||james Lowe and Hannah Cox|
Norm, maybe you can help me. James Lowe was born abt 1810 in Va married Hannah Cox born 1811 in VA. I have not been able to locate james' father. Many have said it is John Lowe from Berkeley Co., VA. That is such a distance from Cabell County where several Lowe's live. I think I am the only person to doubt John as James father. My thoughts were the possibility of James Lowe on 1820 Cabell co, wvmight be James' father. He and wife are over 45. any documentation on james and joohn as father and son. I know this is not what you do but I have been on a 12 year journey for James' parents.
Thank you for your time, Norm.
Sincerely, Barbara Lowe Baldwin

|Barbara Baldwin||Jesse J Lowe|
The last time I was at the cemetery, Jesse's head stone had fallen and broken in two. That has been about five years ago.
Jon Lowe's was down also. My cousin and I tried to upright Jons' with no luck.
Maybe someone has been able to "fix" the problem by now.
Thank you for listening.Sincerely, Barbara Lowe Baldwin

|SVermillion||McCoy Cemetery Mingo Co WV|
The map is wrong for this cemetery. It is located in Merrimac right off route 49 before you get to Whitt Hollow Rd. This map shows it on the Kentucky side. If you zoom in with satellite mode you can see the cemetery beside the road.

|Karen ||Alice Spriegel Bonham|
I took a chance and called Spring Hill Cemetery where he is buried. She shows up as Mrs. H.S.Bonham dying in 1908.
The lady at the cemetery will email me all the info and I'll set up a Find A Grave memorial for her. I'll link her to him, but you will have to handle 2 wives since I've never had to do that.
After the snow melts, the lady will try for a picture of the tombstone and email it to me ; I'll then post it. If he is on the tombstone, feel free to use the photo.

|Karen ||Henry Sherman Bonham|
I just realized that I had left off his last name in my previous note. Sorry

|Karen ||Wife of Henry Sherman|
According to our family records and the Kanawha Family Tree Project, she was Alice Spriegel. The records show his name as Henry T.O. Bonham but the marriage date is the same and , later records show Mabel Bonham b.19 Jan. 1896 to them.
Alice's father was John Lucien Spriegel and her mother was Eliza Humphrey who died before 1877 (Nancy J. Petit was John Lucien's 2nd wife and Alice's stepmother - please correct.)
Her siblings were Robert L. Spriegel, Sophia Spriegel Thaxton, James Henry Spriegel and John William Spriegel(my great grandfather) who are all in Find A Grave and Charles Spriegel. Albert Petit was a stepbrother to them.
