I just fulfilled A photo request from another member and was curious because it seems that her husband is also entombed directly beside her and didn't know if there was a memorial that was started for him also. I do have that photo if anyone is interested in starting his Memorial.
Thanks in advance,

Hello, how your related to my Daughter Amanda Lynn Newsome, I don't reconize any of your family surnames. I was suprised to see my Daughters headstone picture on here since I hadn't posted it. Her Grandmother is buried in Bethany as well Mabel M. Newsome.

Schuler babies
I am searching for a couple of Schuler kids who were born and died between 1891-1900. Frank Schuler and his first wife, Sarah Jane Ott, had these 2 kids according to the 1900 census. They were living in Louisville so I suspect the kids are buried in St. Louis cemetery. Have you found any kids that you can't identify?

Frank is one of the sons of Josef and Josepha Magdelena Schuler. No one knew much about him so I've been working on him lately.

I know you have memorials for quite a few Schulers and hoped you had identified most of them already. Thanks for your help.

My Aunt has him and Burch both as my Great Grandmother's brothers. I can remember Uncle Burch being mentioned by my Mother but until I did research didn't know his first name was Zol.

All the information you have is very interesting but I don't have that much yet, we're back to William Wilson and I've been trying to locate all their kids, they sure had a lot of kids back then, and I'm getting there but it is so time consuming, maybe one day I'll have it where I can share it and know that it's correct. I love working on this, my Aunt Mildred, Aunt Demaris and my Mom started this over 20 years ago, then my Mom died and my Aunts are older so they give me all this to do and I enjoy it so much. Glad to have someone to share it with that is searching as I am for info.

Glad to meet you also, I really don't remember a lot of the Wilson's except the ones who lived in Eva which is where I was raised. My Mom and Dad was Eugene and Averine Childers Holmes. Myself and my brother Joel are the only children left now, but if you know anything about the Childers family we're a large family. My Grandmother Childers was Bessie Lee Bates (Ollie's daughter). It's nice to know there is someone else out there with the same family I have. Would be nice to meet you in person someday. Take care.

Miles Wilson
Miles Wilson is my Great Great Grandfather, Ollie Wilson Bates his daughter is my Great Grandmother who married George Childers. My Aunt Mildred did the William Wilson Descendants and put this together, I did look it up and 1824 does show as his birth year and I will change it on his memorial. Thanks for giving me the correct information. So, who is your Mother or Father that is a Wilson. I guess that means we are a little related. Thanks again and have a good evening.

RE: Schuler transfers
Are you related to Malcolm Schuler? If not why not transfer him to me. I knew Malcolm and his sons since I was a child and I am 65.

Hi Paula,
Kunigunda is my great grandmother, born in Germany, living and died in Louisville, Jefferson, Kentucky. I know that other family members are buried at St. Michael's. Do you have a photo of Kunigunda's marker?

Thank you so much...

RE: Lee - Curbow

Thanks for replying. This helps, if your family lived close to the airport, that would be the reason why I didn't see them. We lived on Colins Court from 1938 to 1948. That was a few blocks east of Churchhill Downs. We moved close to Poplar Level Road and Waterson Express Way and lived there until 1960. My father retired and they moved to Florida. My husband and I moved to Florida in 1968.

I am still puzzled that my father didn't know your family in Louisville. We were very close to many of the Curbows in Alabama. Visited them many times. I spent a lot of time with George & Pearl Curbow. Their daughter Tommy and I were very close.

Thanks again,
