Thank you so very much for adding this obit. My little brother went to school with Ronnie, so have known family for long time. Is nice to be able to link to family members also.
Bless you and again THANK YOU.

|Nancy Charlton||Fred Johnson|
No Fred is not a relative, about 20 years ago I started doing genealogy on the Caddo Tribe and visiting the old Caddo burials. (I live 8 miles from the Caddo Headquarters) At that time there was not much information on them. I had went through a lot of the old Caddo records in the Indian Archives. I had put what I had on Ancestry in case someone was interested in the Caddo Geneology. Seems like there is always lots of info. to add.

Opps! I see Joella is buried in the Edge Cemetery. I was thinking she was at Fort Cobb Cemetery

Mary may I use Frederic's picture in my family tree on Ancestry? I wonder why his wife Joella was not buried by him? Nancy

I had requested that Mae be added as Stanley edges daughter and I meant to ask that Ellen be added as his daughter not Mae. See Wife Julia's obit.

|Steve Rowe||Bessie Jane Harris Jones|
William and Lavinia Willey Harris are my GG-grandparents. I've been researching their family and am wondering if Bessie might have been adopted by them. I found a ship's manifest for William, Lavinia, and their infant son Joseph in 1859. Listed right above them are Samuel, Mary, and their daughter Bessie Willey, who is the right age. In 1860, William, Lavinia, Bessie, and Joseph are living in Flemington, New Jersey with no sigh of Samuel and Mary Willey. I'm just curious.

may I make a suggestion about the obit you entered? it looks like a running sentence. you should really break it up into paragraphs.
1. you can read it faster
2. it looks neater
not criticizing your work, just given you something to think about.

Thank you for your quick response, and thank you for linking him to his parents. I just checked and Leta Neely Conley was also linked to her parents today.

The obituary for Leta Marie Neely Conley (#11779372) shows Ronald Lee (not Dee) Conley was her infant son. Was that Ronald Dee Conley (#37675921)? If so, can you link him to Leta and Joseph Conley (#37675741)? Thank you. (I have put in a request to the creator of her memorial to add her parents John and Jesse Neely.)

I put the Lot information on the memorials. I also keep the requests in my book so that in case I happen to run across it somewhere else in the cemetery I can add it later. This does happen occasionally because the person who writes the information down can make mistakes also. They are human.

I have walked this area several times and have found no stone for either of these people. I do have the lot information for these people and can put that on the memorials to show they are buried in the cemetery if you like. Let me know but there are no stones for them. Jean

I was wondering if you could email me at firstname.lastname@example.org. I have a couple questions about the Conley family and wanted to see if you could answer them for me. Thanks!

Mary, would you please contact me via email
I am helping a gal from Emmett, ID on her family history and she doesn't know any of her living family. You have done so much work on that family on findagrave, I would like you to be able to contact her. Thanks for your great service.

|Wes T.||Edits at Downing|
In case you were wondering, the source on those "edits" I have entered via the tab system (mainly plot numbers) -- is the book "Our People And Where They Rest: A Visit to 104 Old Cemeteries in Eastern Oklahoma," James W. Tyner, Maxine Tyner and Alice Tyner Timmons, American Indian Institute, University of Oklahoma, Norman, OK. 1970-1985, (Library of Congress No. QE99-C5-T97) There wasn't a place for me to put that in the edit form.
Thanks for all your help! Best wishes.

|Mary Reals||Bessie Jane Harris Jones memorial # 93130761|
I found my great-grandmother's grave and Mary was listed as doing upkeep on this grave. My grandfather was one of her children but his information is omitted from information on her Find A Grave memorial #93130761. His name was William Harris Jones (1877 - 1918)
