RE: Eron A. Clark Cross
Yes, indeed I am aware of the work.... I started it with my sister, she continued it with trish after aunt Shirley (Trisha's mom) was in a motorcycle accident. My aunt Suzy was at my mothers this week and asked my mom about Fannie... Apparently she thought Fannie was in Alabama. Nope. I visited fannies grave not too long ago.

Our family is quite extensive. Mom mentioned a few errors on some of the pages.... I can't recall what they were at the moment but mom remembers quite a bit from her childhood. The age gap between everyone is what makes everything seem off. My great grandmother would be your great great grandmother even though we are around the same age.

You see, I am ninas youngest grandchild.... To be honest at family get togethers I still can't tell you what cousin belongs to what aunt bc they are all 20 years older than me. Growing up I stayed glued to trish.

As for the Native American background, it's complicated, mom attempted to explain the shame of being of native decent at the time and how if you could pass as "white" you lied.... Basically it's damn near impossible to trace unless you are willing to spend hours a day dissecting documents and books.

I'm not sure what each persons motivating factor is for wanting the proof of native decent, for me it was the need to know and understand where/why/what the "gifts" (visions and intuition) passed on from granny (Nina) were from. It's a dominant part of my life and not just a hobby for me.

RE: Eron A. Clark Cross
I am guessing the two people are Amanda and Trish? My sister and my cousin ;)

Eron A. Clark Cross
Will you please remove the calculated relationship* from Nina Mae Lewis? It is not a calculated relationship, Nina is Erons daughter.... Eron is my great grandmother. Thank you.

Harold McGehee
Robert Clark family history

I have visited the Pratt/Carlton Cemetery in Franklin County TN several times. I was there on April 18, 2014. Today, I decided to do a search on this cemetery to see the complete listing of burials. There are many unmarked graves. Robert and Permelia Clark were my great grandparents. Their daughter Matilda Belle Clark married Colonel (his given name not a title) Miles McGehee. Their son, Howard was my father. If anyone has any additional information please post. My name is Harold McGehee.

RE: Martha/Dewey Hess - Rice Cemetery
I am happy to transfer the memorials to you. I am related via Mary Lee Barley-Hess (1867-1918). Mary was an older sister to my great-grandfather James Walter Barley.

Hey Stephanie, Martha and Dewey in Rice aren't mine. I sent over the five from Shiloh that were mine. Happy to know they have kin to take care of their memorials.

Hey, cousin Steph, just wanted to say thank YOU for leaving a token on Dad's memorial page. I'm sorry I haven't been in touch like I should have been. Hope all is well. Luv, joanie
