|Peter Morgan||Jonathan Poole|
I am just starting to research the Poole branch of my family tree which starts with Mary Poole as my 7th great grandmother & Jonathan Poole as my 8th great grandfather. With your permission, I will copy the photo you took of his marker and put it in my ancestry.com family tree with credit given to you in the caption.
I have many questions about the Poole branch and will take you up on your willingness to share information. Under separate cover (email from email@example.com) I will send you my initial questions.
Thank you for taking the photo, giving permission to use the photo and for offering to share information about the Poole family.

Hi Barbara I found Minnie's hubby and added your memorial link as the spouse as yours was created first, Minnie had two in the same cemetery.
The creator of the other memorial has already transferred it to someone else so its a bit of a mess. ~Maggie

Barbara ~ What a cool blog you have. Looks like you put a tremendous amount of time into it. Many thanks for all the data found there.
My husband is a Wilder. His cousin did the DNA research to discover that Thomas and Edward Wilder were not brothers. My husband's dna helped in this research. ~ Jo

Hello ~ How kind of you to post a headstone photo for Sarah Farnum Ingalls.
I simply cannot read the marker at all. Do you have any record of what it says on the headstone?
Many thanks ~ Jo C

Barbara, I've just added another photo at the bottom that's a map of the cemetery. The red "X" is a little hard to see but it's at the far right (north) edge of the cemetery. When you go to the cemetery, you'll know you're in the right place because there will be what looks like an almost empty section of the cemetery right across from it (it's the pauper's graves -no stones) and there are many stones lined up very close together. Daniel and his wife are in the front row towards the middle. Hope this helps!

The cemetery is locked up but the wall is low. I've been up there several times and I just climb over the wall. Nobody has called the police yet.

Hi Barbara I just wanted you to know that I used your photo for Elizabeth Holt Farnum on our family tree. As always I gave credit to you, Findagrave, and to the Creator of the memorial. Thank You Bonnie :) Do you know if a headstone exists for her or not?

You wanted me to delete it because it's a duplicate for Stone Hill Cem., Killingworth, CT. I tried, but since I didn't create it, it won't let me do it.
I'm sorry, because u maintain both u can delete the other one.

Memorial #26920727 and Memorial 26920728
Thank you for your time and efforts spent in photographing and posting pictures on Find-a-Grave. You have posted a plaque picture for the cemetery of the individuals listed above. The name of the cemetery in the picture is different from the name of the cemetery on the inf. page. Are these two names actually for one cemetery OR is there an error? Thanks

|David G. Woodward||Holts in Old North Parish Buring Groung|
The Nicholas Holt family all seem to have the same photo attached and the site won't let me request a photo of any of the Holts buried there. The one photo posted is impossible to read. Is there any way you could take a close up? Any are there any other Holt gravestones in the cemetery? Thank you.

|Angela Westover||RE: Pettes-Aseltine Cemetery|
Hi Barbara. Yes, I can do that. Moses and Elizabeth are direct ancestors to my husband. I've had a blast looking into them. His ancestry is Moses>Stephen>Stephen>Reuben>Howard>Stephen (his father).

Thanks for your reply. I see you added the Pettes Aseltine Cemetery - but it was already there. Can you add a map location to the cemetery listing you just entered? - I can look at it and then you can remove the listing.
Thanks for your help.

|Claudia (Green) Guay||Earle Bishop|
When I 'googled' Earle Bishop, I saw your flowers on his memorial. Mr. Bishop married my 1st cousin 2x removed, Edna May Smart.
Edna's parents were Joseph & Ellen (O'Reilly) Smart. Joseph's sister was my great-grandmother, Edith Emily Smart. Their parents were Joseph & Emily (Ford) Smart.
I wonder if you have any information on the Smart family? And if so, could we collaborate on "Smart" information? If you don't, would you be able to steer me in the right direction? This side of my mother's family is a mystery to me and have been finding it difficult to find anyone who still has information on the family.
Thanks for your time ... Claudia

I'm a direct descendant of Moses and Lucy Cross Wells through their third child, Oscar. I also have visited Pidgeon Hill and have pictures of family graves there.
I am still trying to find Moses' origins. Anyone have any ideas?

|Roger H. Vartabedian||Poole Lineage|
I am researching my girlfriend's lineage (nee Crooker) and it runs into the Poole line.
Jonathan Poole (1667 - 1723) is her 7th Great Grand Uncle.
I am copying some of the grave photos and information into my Family Tree File. With over 1600 entries so far it is a large task.
My own tree is over 5,000 but includes many from my mother's first marriage to a Tuttle of New Haven, CT and that runs very deep.

Thank you for adding the relationship. This makes it so much easier to go from one member of the family to another.

I made those transfers for you. Glad you discovered them and that the pictures will be enjoyed. 4th Great Grandmother. Wow!!! I always love when that happens!!!

When the original contributor is deceased, email firstname.lastname@example.org with your request.
1. A link to the memorial for which you wish a transfer. A number isn't enough. They need to link to be able to handle it without searching.
2. A link to your profile page on Find A Grave.
3. A link to the original contributor's profile page. Indicate that he/she is deceased.
4. Indicate your relationship to the person for whom the memorial was made.
Make the subject something like:
Transfer Request - Deceased Contributor
If you don't get it answered within 30 days, ask again (as long as the person is within 4 generations; if not I'd consider it a no).
Make sure you have added what you can to the memorial - a photo of the person; a photo of the stone; a flower in memory of the person.
Hope that helps.

|Yankee Doodle Boy||Goodsell transfer|
Dear "Cousin Barbara",
I would be happy to link any children that you have showing your connection to John or Epaphras but they are my 6th and 7th grandfathers as well so I decline your request for transfer.
I would love to share info with you though.
Do you know for sure where Mary Lewis Goodsell rests?
Your "Cousin Chris"
