|Robert Thompson||Edits on the find a grave site|
On your personal findagrave home page there is an edit tab at the top of the page. If you click that tab you can choose to accept or reject any corrections all at one time which makes it easier. This was new to me a couple of months ago. It might be new or I just didn't see it. Unfortunately, unless the person making the suggestions uses anyone of the first four categories for the edit, you do not get any email notice that corrections are there other than a number showing up next to the edit on the tab. You just have to know to check it every now and then.

Thank you for sending the names for Anna's parents. The links were already in place, but you might want to check to be sure that it is correct. Please let me know if there are other corrections for them.

Thank you for sending the links to Gladys' parents. I believe they are already on her memorial. Please let me know if I'm wrong about that.

Thanks for the info. Wonder who spelled Isaac "Isacc".

One of the probably many, John B. Coles from Vermont is in Mackford, Green Lake, Wisc. in 1860 with his family. His daughter, Vitalia, 19 b. Vt. is the correct age to be the wife of Frank Demar, but she is living with her father. Perhaps Frank has the kids but I cannot locate him. They reside near the Bovias and Frank Demar in 1870 and Frank is alone with the 6 children.
You are definitely not boring me, I am very addicted to genealogy.

Have you located a census for Frank Demar and Vitalia for 1860. I tried a search using the country of birth and still cannot locate anything.
The first two of their children were supposedly born in Vermont in ab. 1856-57, then the others were born in Wisconsin.
Keep digging, :)

|Margaret||RE: Straight/Wright surnames|
Excellent! My reference to the Strait name came from your (late?) cousin, Leslie Green's information online. Is Kanalia French for Cornelia? The 1880 census calls her Cordelia.
An unregistered user on Findagrave sent the name, Mary Cornelia to me. No reference indicated
It is nice to see some tombstones finally surfacing for this family. Some of the
gravestones are off by a few years. Frank's son, Joseph Demar is from the first marriage and was born in 1866 so his stone is incorrect.

I wanted to let you know that another DeMar cousin has contacted me and has memorials.
Her member name is Cheryl Qualls and she has
added photos for Franklin DeMar and Mary.
Hope this helps,

|Pam Horne||Request for Ella Chase memorial|
Hi Linda, I have learned from the Salisbury cemetery manager that Ella Chase was buried at Salisbury Memorial Park on 6-5-1972; however, she was disinterred on 4-18-2002, cremated, then mailed to Atlanta to family. The disinterment was handled by Summersett Funeral Home in Salisbury. I am going to go to the cemetery to see if a grave marker remains at her plot, but my guess is there will not be one. I'll let you know what I find.

You are welcome and thank you for the kind words. If interested I took a pic of headstone next to WB-Rachel Baker and I took a shot of WB's headstone from a little distance to give some perspective of location in cemetery. If not interested in these pics then no need to reply.

|Amy Bradfield||Oops- Trnka requests|
Hello Linda. Sorry, I got confused and sent you the record correction message.
I have now sent that person a message to delete the St Johns's records now that I have added them (correctly) to the Holy Trinity Cemetery and uploaded your photo request.

|Amy Bradfield||St John's Cemetery- Veseli, MN|
Hello Linda. I am fulfilling photo requests for another member of memorials you have added. They are George and Emma Trnka #7897932 and #7897929.
It looks like you incorrectly noted their graves as being located at St John's in Veseli when they are actually at Holy Trinity Cemetery in Veseli. (I had to visit both of them to fulfill requests.)
I have added their records and uploaded the grave photo to Holy Trinity so can you please delete the St John's records?

|Margaret||RE: Glen Oliver VanEvery|
Thanks for letting me know. I transferred Glenn's memorial to a person who is now known as Anonymous. Instead of moving Glenn to the correct cemetery, they created a 2nd duplicate memorial which is not the way it should have been done. I have sent a SAC to Anonymous and hopefully they will correct the problem. If not,
it will be removed by Findagrave.
Hope this helps and thanks again,

Thanks for contacting me. You have already created a memorial for Evelyn so I assumed that you meant Genevieve and have transferred her to you also.
Please consider maintaining other members of this large family. They are in no way related to my Demar family but I would like to know that a family member will maintain the memorials for all of the work that I have done to get them all connected.

On Friday, 14 Jan. 2011, I sent an email to you so that you can reply. As I mentioned before in a message, I have lots of your family's information. Most of it is linked online, as it becomes available.
I will look forward to your reply.
