RE: John Crecelius
That cemetery is deep in the forested area of what is today the Harrison-Crawford State Forest. It is accessible primarily by foot or horseback and, consequently, the cemetery does not appear to be maintained regularly. On my visit last week, there was one large sycamore tree down that literally blanketed the northern third of the small cemetery. The remainder of the cemetery was overgrown with weeds and brambles, making it difficult to see the stones. I had last visited the cemetery back in 2011 when it was in better shape. On neither visit did I see recognizable stones for John or Elizabeth Crecelius.

Bushong stones
Darlene--I will post William and George later. I am in a hotel with a slow connection and the pictures won't upload. I also have Phillip, Sarah Pyles Bushong and the David who died as an infant. Will post them all within the next few days. By the way, David is an ancestor of my husband, too. Wilma Handley

Hi Darlene,

You're welcome. I am still posting photos and new memorials for Ebenezer Methodist Church Cemetery, so if you have any others buried there, they are likely to pop up soon.

Amanda Daniel Harris
or Daniels, same thing.

I knew I recognized your name. It was a cousin who alerted me to the appearance of Amanda's gravesite, a message I got late last night, so I didn't put it together. The UDC application must be mine, LOL. Yes, it's me, and as you can tell by the family links I'd be very happy if you would transfer management to me. My ID is 46874385 .

Am hoping to have more things completed soon. My cousins will be VERY happy to know you discovered this for all of us.

RE: Tipton McLemore
I will keep Joseph V West on my hunt list. Sometimes when you walk the cemetery you miss things that you see when you go back. In doing Madisonville's, I found after a year, I still have some I know should be there, but can't find. sometimes the stones are just too worn to read. But I keep looking. Every one in awile, I get lucky.

RE: Tipton McLemore
We walked the cemetery, but did not find any markers for McLemore. I have to get back there in the near future, I will check again for you.

Citico cemetery
From WPA records:

Copied by: Lawrence McConkey, Englewood, Tennessee

Date: Nov. 1928

The Citico Baptist Church Cemetery was established at the death of Eas Millsaps in 1860. It became a community cemetery. Later his son Jesse Millsaps bought the land and then the Citico Baptist Church was removed from across the Creek to near the cemetery. The majority of people buried here are either members of the Millsaps family or related to them. The graveyard is located in the steep hills, 29 riles East of Madisonville and can be reached best by going to Vonore then taking the road known as the Citico road

There are approximately 152 marked graves and possibly more unmarked ones.
