Thank you so much for taking the photos of the Hollenbeck stones for me. You filled in a wife for William B. for me that I didn't have yet.

I stopped in to visit Joseph Rainville. He's related to the 'orphan' I found in a local cemetery by the name of Julius Rainville. I'm looking for his relatives to find a clue as to why he's the only one here. So far, I've only succeeded in confirming that he is the only one here, and that's just not customary. Now I want to know why.
It looks as if your Joseph is kind of like my Julius... surrounded by family, but still hanging out alone.
I'll grab the photo if you don't mind. Thanks for doing what you do. :)

I have found the graves of Osithe (Allain) Melanson and Calixte Melanson's siblings. The only problem is the their father, Meleme Allain died in St. Antoine and I could not find his grave. So, I added it an put that he was buried in St. Antoine Cemetery with a note to have anyone let me know exactly where he was buried. Anyways, could you please add Meleme Allain as the father of Osithe (Allain) Melanson (58911322) and Calixte Allain (28064635). Melame Allain find a grave number is 129365441. Then you will also see all of the other children's headstones and where they were buried. ---- Norman

If there is any way that you can find John Jaddus Melanson's death certificate, I would GREATLY appreciate it.

What can you tell me about Marie Osite (Allain) Melanson (58911322). I believe that she was the wife of John Jaddus Melanson. He was the brother of my Great Grandmother Celina Melanson. Do I have the correct person ? It states Rose on the headstone. What this a nickname ?

Hopefully it will be accepted eventually. I'm hoping that having a photo of him in uniform and his portion of the AIDS quilt will help the cause.

I would recommend altering Washington Redskins great Jerry Smith's memorial so he can be nominated to be a famous memorial. When he retired from the NFL he had the most touchdowns for a tight end in NFL history, a record that stood for 27 years. He's also in the team's ring of honor and on its list of the team's 80 Greatest Redskins.
