Eddy, so glad to hear from you, and especially love your bio!! Anyway, sorry to take so long in reply, I have a husband who is disabled, survived Hospice after one year, but is still declining and takes my time. But about your Henry, I am not related that I know of, but am researching my Wright's who were in Georgia and Alabama. When I come across a memorial without flowers, I leave some, in hopes that a relative like you will come along and see that someone cares. I like to search out Veteran Memorials too. You wouldn't believe how many people in the world these days do not even know much about their own parents/Grandparents. I see you are doing a great job of research, and hope you will continue to inspire others. God Bless.

Hi, I stopped by St. Patricks Cem today I couldn't find your sister. There is still a foot of snow or mud in some areas. I will stop back in for you later! Dose she have a flat stone?

I read your note in flowers to the above, that you are looking for their burial spot. Even though the graves are unmarked, perhaps you can find the spot where they are buried. If you will go to www.stephensroots.com, (once open - click on "Other")there is a map that is sectioned off. With the numbers that you have, you might can locate them. If not, contact James Stephens and he will help you. He and I put all of Hollywood Cemetery on - he has thoroughly searched out every marker and created the map. He should be able to help you. Hope this helps you in your search.

The Wrights
I have transferred the Wright's to you. Your note inferred that you were going to make another page for them. This is against findagrave rules. Please never do this as it messes up the linking process.

Transfer : Great Grandparents
Hi, I have added quite a few of your relatives buried in Oakland Cemetery - the Huckaby's and the Ivey's. I have also linked them together, plus added obituaries and death certificates where I could. I hope this helps you in your search. At this time, I am not transferring Hollywood names, as I am still working on the cemetery. The folks you requested are buried in unmarked graves. The cemetery has been thoroughly searched and photographed and all pictures added to pages. Hollywood Cemetery is in very rough condition, due to neglect.

Zachry and Turner Photo Requests - Turner UMC Cemetery
Hello Eddy!

Thank you so much for fulfilling my requests for a photo of Charlie F Zachry and Lucy Adelaide Zachry Turner's markers at Turner UMC Cemetery. I greatly appreciate your kindness and the generosity of your personal time in visiting the cemetery, locating their burial plots, photographing their markers and sharing your wonderful photos with descriptions on their memorials. You're a kind soul.

I will remember your message on your profile photo and share it with others, as well as using it to remind me during fearful times ...
Fear is looking at God through your circumstances.
Faith is looking at your circumstances through God.

Bless You!
Sarah

RE: Thorne
Eddy,
Thanks for adding the links---I have no idea who that other gravestone belongs to and I did check my files. You could contact Jerry Thorne at jkthorne@comcast.net and see if he knows---he is a descendant in that line.
Be in touch if there are further developments and thanks for your work.
Betty

John McCreary
I located a stone for John McCreary at Myrtle Hill. Before I post it I want to make sure it is the right one. The stone is for John W. McCreary 1880 - 1943, but the wife's name on the stone is Alice L. (1888 - 1953) - NOT Barbara. Is this your John McCreary?
