|Shelley Brown||RE: Baker's of Chester Cemetery|
Hi Michelle...I did not find any other Bakers in that cemetery. It is possible that I missed the stone or that it is weathered so as not to be readable. Perhaps if I stop at the town hall they can give me a plot map but there is not attendant at the cemetery. I did go to a cemetery in Burton Ohio and there were Bakers there one of whom was named Electa.

Hi, I added the photo's for the Wilders at
Laddonia cemetery. I did not see Sarah
with the other Wilders. I will check in
our Audrain County Genealogy Dept and see
where she is buried, hopefully it is not
unmarked and I can get a photo for you next
time I make a trip over to Laddonia.

I made the links you requested. While Ascenath is a relative of mine she's very distant. So I thought maybe she was more of a direct descendent for you and I transfered ownership.

|suscat||RE: Charles Ottaway|
It is a beautiful place. I happened upon these graves by chance as there is no map (even with the kind caretaker!) They are not far from the Ryerson memorials (which were in the news here lately because the father went down on the Titanic!)
Added by suscat on Apr 16, 2012 2:45 PM
I have taken a picture of Charles Ottaway's headstone but the shadows make it less than ideal! It is blocked by a large monument to the right and trees to the left. The monument to the left is BOWERS and has a Moses Ottaway listed on one side if that is any interest to you as well. Should I post Charles anyway?

Michele, I got the pics today. Since you hadn't added memorials, I added them and transfered them so you can add, change, and link yourself.

|Bonnie B.||Gerlings in Orange, NJ|
I recently photographed the headstones for Edith and John Gerling. (Thank you for providing the location as the cemetery charges $10 per person to look up the location.) The plot needs some attention. One stone is toppled and the other seems to have migrated to be up against the back of a neighboring monument. Just thought you might want to contact Rosedale and, without telling them it was a Find A Grave volunteer who told you, as they are not all that cooperative, ask that it be attended. Happy Graving. |James (Hank) Mead||RE: Wagoner's|
Michele, I'll be happy to grab photos of those stones for you next time I go by. If you add memorials for them, I'll add pics. I get near there quite often in good weather.

|James (Hank) Mead||Myrtle Wagoner memorial|
I looked for her last year and couldn't find her. I found her today, but she is under her married name, Myrtle C. Busher. I added the picture based on the fact that the dates lined up, and parents, Alonzo and Elizabeth were right next to her. If I have the correct stone, you should change memorial name to match the stone. If it isn't correct, let me know, and I'll remove the photo.

No problem. Is there any information I might possess that you could benefit from? I'd be happy to send you anything you might need for your work. If you are a relative of any of the people whose sites I manage, just let me know and I'll be happy to transfer them to you. Much love - Kathy

|Janet Biggs||RE: Rivers gravestone photo|
Hi. In particular, I am looking for Adam Rivers, died about 1810-1820 and/or his wife Polly, died about 1803. They lived in Claverack. Possibly another son named Henry or William Henry as well, would have died around 1830-50. If you have the time, I would really appreciate it. I live in Washington state, so it's not easy to get to Claverack. Janet

Thank you so much for taking the time to take and post this photo. I don't suppose you came across any other Rivers family gravestones in that same cemetery?

|John A. Aiello||RE: Carson's Walton|
I am not sure. Are your James and Milicent Deary from Scotland born circa 1849ish? If there is a relationship, I know that it is not through the Carson family. His first wife was V. Eva Hamm, daughter of Alvin Hamm and Emily V. LNU?, she died of morphine addiction. His second wife was Minnie Willday and I don't know her parentage. But if Eva is buried there, she was the first of the three to die, so I would look at her as the possible link. Though she is too old to be a granddaughter of James and Milicent.

|Diane LM||Parshall at oakwood|
I went to section 32 today and found the Parshall section. There is only a large stone with the last name; there are no individual stones or names/dates. I have added that picture as well as the lot marker stone.

|Diane LM||RE: Parshall|
I have added all the Parshalls that are in the Oakwood roster. I hope to get in there and take the pictures soon.
Remarkably Mary Louise Parshall Ford used to live in my house; I bought it from her daughter and husband.

Made all the additions you requested.

Neither. We went there in 2009 to see the MLB Hall of Fame. We took pictures of Lakewood while we were there. It's the prettiest cemetery we've seen. Are you related to the Parshalls?
