James Freel death info
Just wondering, does James have a grave stone, or cemetery register, identifying his death date? In to "A History of the Formation, Settlement and Development of Hamilton County, Indiana" by Augustus Finch Shirts he has on pages 48-49, "At the November term, 1823, it was ordered ... John Bruitt, Francis Kinkaid, James Friel, Sr., George Kirkendall and Robert Duncan were exempt from poll taxes, they being over fifty years of age." This suggests that James did not die until 1824 or later.

Ketterman Twins Mix-up
You have the sons of Justice Ketterman mixed up: John Christopher Ketterman was not a twin to Samuel, James Sparr Ketterman was (his tombstone also confirms the birth date as 1838) I will dig up further info for this, quite a puzzle!

Nash family in Pine Grove MI.
Hi Gal,

I have left you a big list of edits today on your edit tab and would love you to approve them so I can proceed with more records and not keep back tracking and forgetting what I sent. I'm trying to unravel and link this big family and it's hard not to go in circles. Thanks a bunch!

Mahala Longstreet Reynolds # 36549564
I found the original scanned image of the marriage record for Mahala Hulse to Ezra Havens if you want it here is the link to the record also on the side of the page is an image of a camera, there is where you download the image to your computer.

This record confirms that last spelling of the surname for Lydia, her birthplace and the birthplace of her half sister Ann (Havens) VanKirk.

Mahalah Longstreet 36549564
Let's see if I can make sense. Mahalah Longstreet married 3 times. John Hulse About 1810, then Ezra Havens on 03 May 1814 in Howell Township, New Jersey, he died before Sept. 1824. She then married William Reynolds in Monmouth Co. New Jersey. Ann (Havens) VanKirk is one of 4 children that Mahalah and Ezra Havens had. She is in Shiloh Cemetery too with her husband, Milton VanKirk.

RE: Knapps in Shiloh Cemetery
That would be great, however I am unsure if they are related to the Knapps I requested, as those Knapps you transferred are my great aunt and uncle and their son. I will have to check my geneology records.

William Robert Goings memorial
Hello, I have rec'd notice that Susie & Rod Smith have requested that I take down my memorial # 101389120 for Wm. Robt. Goings, my great-grandfather (through his daughter Ida); it is said to duplicate an earlier memorial for him that appears to be yours. If you are not a direct descendant, I would very much like to retain the memorial, or to assume management of the earlier one. Thank you for your consideration of this request. Yvonne Angelbeck

2 Deem Cemetery sites
Have you noticed that someone has created a second Deem Cemetery for Wood County? It has no listings at this point. Also, it has a map that puts the cemetery on the wrong side of the river from where I understand it to be. I'd suggest that you contact and ask that the duplicate cemetery be deleted.
